What's a good system-taxing game?

We recently got a PC with Intel i7-6700K, 32GB RAM, 500GB SSD + 4TB SSHD, NVIDIA GTX 1080 8GB.

Also have a gaming monitor (not 4K though). Recommendations as to the "prettiest" looking game out there? A game that will max out the system?

Thanks!

Crysis 3, extra points because it's cheap now.
The Witcher 3
Doom
Grand Theft Auto 5
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag
Metro Redux
ARMA III

Because of all the water, I still think Black Flag is one of the prettiest games out there.
