QUAKE CHAMPIONS: Debut Gameplay Trailer
At the QuakeCon presentation, id Software studio director Tim Willits noted that the weapon system will stay true to the series, with weapons available only at weapon spawns and on the bodies of fallen enemies. Two of my favorite all-time PC games....Quake and Unreal Tournament......both need to be on console for sure. I still have my Unreal Tournament III 360 copy.....good stuff.

I posted this in the PC thread, since I figured this forum is so console oriented to care about the game. I love that they're embracing the classic PC shooter first and foremost.

Cool! Looks like strafe jumping is still intact!
I spent WAY too many hours on Q3A instagib. I remember a few occurrences my wife giving me the WTF look when I stayed up til 5am or so, playing. :lol: Lots on Q1 and Q2 as well, particularly Team Fortress. Fun times. |
