That's the kind of stuff I find it hard to keep up with: "You have to use this one to dispel the buffs, then bring in the other one to finish him off because of his high blah blah."

I couldn't have kept up with that one thread unless I had quit my RL job. Just way too much conversation.

Do people still play this? I had feelings of missing it for around ten minutes today, then I let it go and laughed. I don't think I'd have time for it in these days, anyway.

I know a lot of people do, but WOW did I free up my time when I let it go, no looking back. Really hated the ship update anyway.

That said, Disney's Sorcerer's Arena debuted this week and is the EXACT same game with a different skin. I've been playing it a bit and it's much better. They streamlined some of the gear grinding process to make it simpler and the gameplay seems faster to me. If you like the game mechanic, try it out. You'll likely enjoy it.

I quit in 2018 and haven't had the urge to reinstall the game at all since then. I know that I made the right decision at the time. I miss the camaraderie and conversations about hobbies and stuff but that's it.
davidh777 are you still active?

I quit after yet another clusterfuck of a guild merger (I think I suffered through 4 of them total and they all pretty much ended the same way). There was a clash between the old and new officers so the merger didn't work out, then we tried to rebuild the original guild but of course the people that didn't get included had quit or had moved on by then... and then it was like starting all over... again. It was a handful of people carrying everybody else through the raids. And then "Hey, this sucks, let's try to find a guild to merge with to help out." Rinse. Repeat. It just became waaay to much work after 3+ years.

I quit shortly before they released Revan. Don't miss it at all.

Yeah, I’m still playing, but not worrying about chasing the Next Big Thing. They introduce new characters, and the requirements to get them are so absurd that I just ignore them. It’s made the game a lot more enjoyable for me. Then again, I’m still playing Tapped Out too.

Years ago I visited a village in Cornwall, and it turned out that a guild member actually lives there, so we chatted In Discord about it a bit. One of my favorite moments in the game so far. :)

Another merger! I'm glad I wasn't part of that.

I think you are going to outlast all of us  Do you mind who was the guild member?

Edfrn. And yeah, there was a recent guild split/rework that rubbed some people the wrong way but turned out ok for me. I did cut down on some of my Discord chatter because some of the people I sorta knew had moved on.

I don't think I knew him. Good luck and as long as you are enjoying the game and commitment David, more power to you.

I left the Casual Elite guild pretty early on. I think they may have been just kicking off a secondary sister guild for the scrubs. I don't remember exactly, it was years ago. But like I said, ended up joining a different guild and the same drama was happening there too. I put up with it way longer than I should have. Don't miss it.

The requirements can be annoying, but I just do my best to stay ahead of them. Better to spend some crystals than get nagged about it. :)

Galaxy of Hero’s...now that’s a name I’ve not heard in a long time. 😂

Glad I got out when I did. It became way to time consuming and it was stressful every time a merger was made. On the plus side, I’ve saved a lot of money.

All the guild drama, all the changes to the game made me really hate it. I never thought I would dislike something Star Wars related, but I have no interest in ever going back. It was leading me down a pathway that some may find unnatural.

I still see promoted posts for this game on my IG feed and have no desire whatsoever to get back into it.

I saw a commercial for this on TV the other day. It was fun when it was casual and sometimes I miss it. But I have lots of other things to occupy my time and it's okay.

I really enjoyed playing with you all.
