Back on topic. I'm loving this game! Totally captures the ambience of Star Wars. Very fun to play. I enjoy the simpler combat or approach when compared to other shooters. Coming from Destiny, which I played for over a year, it is nice not having to worry about light levels and grinding for gear/rep etc. Not that there is anything wrong with that; I enjoyed it too.

Probably getting way off track now but since you were the one that originally posted the image, they're pretty popular with a decent amount of hits. I'm sure it's one of those cases where you've heard some of the songs before but don't recognize the band name. This is probably their biggest hit.

They had "Blow me away" for Halo 2 and "Diary of Jane" for Hellboy 2 promos. I also thought they did something for an EA sports game, but can't think of it right now.

Honestly I think that sort of a response is unprofessional. If you don't want to endorse a product you don't like, then by all means don't. But to go on social media to blast it, that's unnecessary. What was he looking for, a pat on the back? Admiration of his high gaming standards? What an asshole.

Seriously I think people are just blowing their gasket because it's a Star Wars game that isn't great. I've played far worse games and I actually kind of enjoy this thing despite the skimpy content. I have a far bigger problems when games are blocked from reviews or embargoed until after their release date. Here you were even given 10 hours the weekend before via EA Access to make your own decision about it. Plus the widely-derided Beta everyone tried. It's a somewhat disappointing game, nothing more, nothing less. There have got to be bigger issues to get all riled up about, right?

I don't think they sound like Linkin Park at all. But regardless, I don't necessarily think its unprofessional but it depends on the circumstance. If some EA PR guy noticed he was playing the game and asked to pay him for a positive review, I don't see an issue with his response at all. Like I said, it's just some random guy's opinion in the end.

Don't basically all celebrities that endorse products get paid to do so? It's nothing new. Also, if you are going to go public about how something sucks then learn to spell correctly and use proper grammar. Also, it is likely that he got the copy of the game for free where the rest of us pay for this stuff.

Just started playing this last night.

Started to get extremely nauseous fighting the Tie fighters. I literally was ready to puke. I had to stop playing until I recovered from the motion sickness.

Anyone who got a pre-order early access code having trouble accessing the Battle of Jakku early? I entered the code I got when I received the game and it accepted it, but I still can't access it.

Never mind, it was a timed release. Interesting new game mode. Played both sides already and seems pretty well balanced. I think, like Walker Assault, the experience will get better as players learn the how best to play it. Speaking of Walker Assault, there no longer seems to be a big advantage to the Imperial side now that more players seem to be actually playing the objective when on the Rebel side. Still having a ton of fun with this game.
