It would have said which DLC it was though. Maybe shaane just didn't see that part. No new updates on the HMX post about marketplace issues.

I didn't see any specific DLC mentioned. Maybe I looked away at the wrong time? I can say the update was very fast, no longer than a couple of seconds.

I'm scanning the Excel spreadsheet they put out. Do you have "Days Go By" by The Offspring? They fixed the artwork on that DLC. Still scanning...

Negative on that one. I took a look at the spreadsheet and nothing really jumps out. Oh well. I'm sure it wasn't anything major. Just more of a curiosity.

Thanks for looking at it.

With backward compatibility coming to XB1 in the next couple weeks, is there even a slim chance of any of the RB games working?

I'm fairly certain I read somewhere that it's up to the publisher to approve the backwards compatibility. If that's the case, I doubt we'll see the older ones available.

Here's the thing though : As of now, no DLC for any BC is supported. We know that the RB4 DLC won't work with RBB, so would you really want to copy over all your pre-RB4 DLC (and fill up your new HDD) just to play Blitz?

I think it would be a lot better if they just did a RBB remaster for the XO and PS4.

Well of course a remastered RBB would be preferred...

If they want to treat RB4 as a true platform and they wanna bring RBB back they should actually make it part of the core RB4 game.

They can't even display your highest note streak in a song, and you expect them to embed an entirely new game/mode into RB4? You must be high!

I was coming here to complain about not being able to play Ghostbusters on Halloween or Bohemian Rhapsody on its 40th anniversary so I definitely get the disparity of what Harmonix should do and what they're actually doing in reality.

Hacky sack hangovers.

Hi everyone - sorry for the bad news, but we are delaying our DLC announce THIS WEEK ONLY to tomorrow, 11/3. Stay tuned until tomorrow at 10am and we promise to give you all the juicy details!

I still give them tons of props for continuing to release DLC every week. I really didn't expect that.

Definitely rather impressive, and shows that they really want to keep their fans coming back week after week.

Question: Does the X1 update its marketplace/store at 5AM EST like the 360 did? If so, seems kinda pointless to make a DLC announcement tomorrow after the songs are already available for hours, unless its just a formality.

The X1 store is really weird. A lot of times that stuff will start showing up around 7pm ET the night before.

In their announcement they mention bundles, but when I go to bundles on the Rock Band store it only shows the Aerosmith bundle that was released a couple of weeks ago. Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

A "bundle" in the X1 world is a "pack" from the X360 world. But better because a "bundle" is truly that - a bundle of individual DLC and not 3-18 tracks tied together in one file.

I don't think it's quite time yet to expect the "export" bundles to be available.

Re: Rock Band 4 (XB1/PS4, 2015)

So what are you guys doing right now : Just scrolling through all the DLC alphabetically and grabbing stuff they say you own or just looking for certain artists and songs you already know you own and downloading them? Because this is a really sucky way to spend your gaming time, seeking out and downloading tracks one-by-one.

Re: Rock Band 4 (XB1/PS4, 2015)

They keep mentioning that the country bundles are working, yet only one of them is for me and it isn't all of the tracks. I have tried a couple of times to go download the songs individually, but they still show I have to purchase them.

That's what I did. Took a podcast and a half to get them all. No regrets.

Re: Rock Band 4 (XB1/PS4, 2015)

No I won't. It's fucking awful.

It especially pisses me off that there's a section in the store that is called "Songs Your Friends Own" or something like that. If you have access to that, you could easily list the songs that I already own as well.
I'm not asking for Pro Keyboards or Rock Band Blitz mode here.
