Obligatory: I’m sure it doesn’t matter in story, but do you think I should finish Borderlands 2 before 3?
I just feel if I try to finish B2, a) I wouldn’t finish by 9/13 and b) I might be burnt out by time I finish and start 3.
Sometimes too much of one game burns you out on game even if new game...

Story isn't that important. Honestly I can't even remember exactly how it ended. I'm sure you'll get the gist right away. These aren't plot-heavy games.
Besides recognizing some recurring characters, I doubt there's much of a link between the games

loved borderlands 2 but I couldn't get into the presequel. That said, all the videos and things have me hyped for BL3 so I preordered.

The Fortnite crossover is pretty damn cool. They changed an area of the map into a Borderlands area complete with the cell shaded graphics.

If Borderlands 3 is what happens when a modern looter shooter doesn’t concern itself with the longevity of its item economy and daily quests then you can sign me up for Borderlands 4 right now. Being untethered from persistent servers and able to trade loot at will is a refreshing change of pace, but that’s hardly the only reason why this such an amazing co-op FPS. The sheer magnitude and diversity of its arsenal of fun and surprising weaponry is unmatched, and the striking amount of loving detail and variety packed into its energetic and replayable 30-hour campaign is what makes Borderlands 3 a high-point for the series – and the genre as a whole.

Before shutting down last night I saw the pre-load already starting with the countdown clock at 1 Day - 22hrs....I sent a screen shot to a friend who is getting it and said it's hard to believe after all these years of waiting we're finally about to experience it.....

so with all these points i keep getting using shift codes (1000 here, 250 there), is there anything worthwhile to use them for? it doesn't seem like i can buy guns or golden keys with them. Are they just for skins and stuff?

I'm super excited. I'm trying to finish up Astral Chain before Friday but if I can't I won't be able to start BL3 until the weekend. I took Monday off just to get some more playing time in.

I click rewards and It shows only 3 guns available to purchase. A shotgun, level 10. A pistol, level 10. And one other. Is that all there is for B3 right now? Am I missing a section?
