Anybody else playing this?

It started off very enjoyable, but is quickly going the route of most other freemium strategy games. I'm down to checking in a few times a day, collecting the loot, and starting to build or upgrade a structure that will take several hours to complete. Disappointing ...

My biggest gripe is the AS (artificial stupidity) programmed into your soldiers. It certainly cannot be considered AI when they stand there and let the enemy blast them while they focus on unnecessarily taking out sections of an innocent wall.

I agree with Abob's assessment. It's a Clash of Clans clone that doesn't bring anything new to the table. And the AI is atrocious. At least let me select targets for my troops.

I suppose the good news is this: I have been building so many structures that the laid-off Death Star contractors are back in business.

Anyone still playing this? Recently got into it in the last 6 months. I really like it as you can really dominate unlike Clash of Clans where you feel like it is a struggle just to break even on your raids. Plus it's Star Wars so its just fun unleashing a horde of AT-ATs on Hoth. They just started having squad battles. If anyone is playing and needs a squad feel free to join us.
