Cool. Can't wait for 12% off Skyrim or 7% off Overwatch.

Seriously. They need to follow the lead of Steam.

Also kind of neat, but retail packaging for 360 games look like they're getting updated to show both Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Looks like the prices for the Black Friday deals are live.

Batman Telltale series EP#1 is free right now for Gold members from that list.

Damn, a few purchases I should have waited on to get cheaper. Had bought Batman on PC for $21 the other week and bought The Old Blood for $10 a couple weeks ago too.

Might get Overcooked on that list, and maybe even the RE Triple Pack.

I'll admit, those are better prices than I thought they would be. I wish some of the DLC was on sale as well. Wouldn't mind picking up some Forza 6 cars and the Rise of the Tomb Raider season pass.

Cool, I got the free Batman even though I'm backed up with Telltale stuff. I'm tempted to get a few other cheapies but I'm already so backlogged. Maybe Dishonored 1 and The Witcher.

That Witcher bundle is an insanely good deal (though it will be that price on Black Friday for those who prefer a physical copy)

I was hoping for a good price on Skyrim, but it's not on sale yet.

I'll try the Batman freebie and will probably spring for the series.

Is the game free or just the avatar item?

Apparently the Lost Odyssey thing was said to be a "test that slipped out" by Major Nelson. Sorry

So far i've picked up Ducktales Remastered and Overcooked from the sale. Heavily debating on the Witcher, but seems like something i'll never get around to finishing these days.

Is there anything really good on the Xbox BF sale?

I already grabbed the 1-Month Gold Membership for $1.

I'm thinking of picking up Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition ($6.00) and Wolfenstein: The New Order ($6.60). Maybe the Metro Redux Bundle ($6.00) too.

By all accounts, those are all excellent games and all great prices.

If you haven't played it, I would highly recommend Life is Strange for $6.60. Also, Rare Replay at $9.90 is a really good value.

We got a new PC (Cyberpower) with Windows 10 and I can connect to XBL thru it. I'm thinking of getting Gears 4 for it instead of looking for a XBO new console...unless a deal too good to pass pops up. I would like to play with a normal controller. Do I need separate connections...one PC and one console or does one work with both? And is there real differences between the old and new controllers?

There's been a few variations of the Xbox One controller, but the main difference with the new controller that was released with the Xbox One S versus the original model (or the slightly updated one that added a 3.5 mm jack) is that it added bluetooth support so if your new PC has bluetooth built in you can connect it without any additional wireless adapters. The older model would require a purchase of a wireless dongle if you wanted the controller to be wire free. There's some other minor differences like textured grip too for a little more comfort.

If you don't care about wires, you can use any Micro USB cable to connect directly to your PC. I've done this to try Gears and Forza on my PC and it works fine.

Also, I know you're a PS4 owner but you could also just connect your Dualshock 4 to your PC via bluetooth or USB as well. I assume it would work ok for Gears, but I haven't paid attention to see if any users had done so or tried it myself. Maybe i'll try it later today

Decided to go ahead and buy Hyper Light Drifter on sale, seems like a fun game to run through.

You can absolutely use the 360 controllers on a PC. You just need a little USB dongle.
