After re installing 2k14 I was able to play but it wouldn't enable a second controller to join for two player is that some kind of bug and I need to install it again? This that feature not available? Highly doubt it. Am I missing something?

Did anyone else find an incredibly small amount of packing material "protecting" their Amazon XBOX shipment? My PS4 was carefully wrapped in their bubble packing but my XBOX One had maybe 3 sections around 1 corner of the box. Very odd.

Oh I love you Amazon. So I contacted Amazon about pricematching my $59.99 DR3 preorder to their $49 price, which was their pricematch to Wal-Mart's price. I contacted and since they couldn't give me a refund since it shipped, I got a $10 promo credit. Well, I just got an email today saying that their pricematch guarantee was kicking in and they were refunding me $10.99 to match the $49.00 price from Wal-Mart. So I got the $49 price and $10 credit to boot.

Yeah - Amazon took care of their fuck up with shipping too. $50 refund on the console, $30 promo credit, and then the 10.99 refund for dead rising. And the system should be here within 2 hours.

wow, that is cool. i did a survival training thing on DR3. i got a silver medal and it automatically recorded the completion of the challenge. i can watch it back or upload it. that is pretty badass.

My One had 3 of those air packs that were barely even inflated just to keep the box from shifting from side to side a bit. Nothing on the top/bottom to keep the box from banging around in that way or getting crushed any while my PS4 box was full of those air packs other than on the bottom side of the PS4 box itself. With the reports on damaged consoles during shipping I really figured they would have packed the One even better than that.

I find the kinect does great except for "xbox on". For some reason it won't turn on it will turn off , snap etc

A few bugs I noticed:

While watching tv, It kind of froze and gave me an error about not being able to see the tv box.

Also, the areas where it says let us show you around, I go there and see nothing. Is that a bug too?

The DVR thing is cool.

Between the PS4 and Xbox One, I have 5 physical copies of games. Lego Marvel is still the only one I've played, and I don't regret it.

(I did get to watch my fiancee tear shit up in Forza 5 last night, though!)

Lego Marvel is great, but I can't imagine it looks any better than the previous gen copies. I wasn't going to pay $10 premium to find out.

Has anyone else had an issue where when you are watching TV when its connected to the XBOX ONE its freezes? almost like its buffering?

if so how have you corrected it?

i thought it was just ESPN, but it was all the stations. it would be normal for 15-20 seconds then freeze for a bit then resume for a bit and freeze again...


any input would be greatly appreciated

Are there no demos in the marketplace? I was pretty surprised that Powerstars Golf didn't have a demo.

Or even a demo or something for Ryse.

If I just walked in the room when someone else was playing, I wouldn't have guessed it's next-gen. The textures are still really low-res, there's extremely heavy aliasing... I'm sure it looks better than the PS360 versions, but I can't imagine it's night and day.
