I really like this idea. I mean... I'll probably never do this myself, since most of the people I game with are not local, but this is a great option for teens (when I was a kid, we always brought a bag full of games to friends' houses), especially if they own a lot of digital titles or if their friends have slow internet connections.

What's interesting about the external hard drive, as per Major Nelson's video, is the fact that it becomes the default hard drive for the Xbox One and when it fills up is when it begins to place items on the internal drive.

They changed the game to a Free to Play model. Each course is $5.99 now, even the ones that were originally included, so the full game has actually increased in price.

There's a new DLC course (Coyote Canyon) that is supposed to be free for those who previously bought the full game. I didn't buy it, so I can't confirm for sure.

EDIT: Actually, if I'm reading it right the new DLC course is free for everyone. It's the one course you get for free if you download the now-free version of the game, but the 4 original courses are $5.99 each.

Will just wait until they possibly offer some of the courses as free during a free games with gold promotion. There are only so many games out right now for the system so only have a limited library to pull from.

Edit: Moviepage's post just popped up for me, if that is true will for sure just download now then and just wait until the other courses get discounted like 75% as I can see happen down the road.

They're finally offering an Upgrade for Killer Instinct for people who bought the $20 Combo Breaker upgrade previously (or got it free) to get the Ultimate Edition for an additional $20. Up until now, the only option for those folks was to cough up another $40 and re-buy everything again, which was idiotic.

Speaking of, that KI code MS sent out to certain folks expires on 6/30. I was going to post mine but it says it's only redeemable by the email account holder it was sent to and non-transferrable. No X1 and zero interest in KI, but redeemed it anyway.
