Arkham Origins Glitch Question
 

I'm playing Arkham Origins on XBox 360 and I'm at the train station maintenance section. I've just taken the elevator up as far as it goes. Gotten out of the elevator and taken a ladder up on more flight. Before you get into the Train Station area you are supposed to use your Batgloves to charge the elevator to go up one more flight so that you walk on top of it and then use your Batgel to blow up a wood panel.

Strange thing is I do that but the elevator doesn't go up on more flight like it's supposed to and I'm stuck.

This doesn't seem like the other reported problems Any ideas?

I've heard of this glitch but it never occurred when I was playing.
