That's exactly what I do. It also helps me manage the available space on my PS4. If a game doesn't look immediately interesting, I won't download it, just "buy" it.

That makes a ton of sense. Space isn't an issue now, but I've only had PS+ for 2 months now. I'm sure my 500gigs will be full in no time.

It's been pretty spotty for me the last couple of days, but that just feels normal to me at this point. It seems like half the time I try to visit the PS Store, I get nothing.

It's been very spotty for me in odd ways. I can connect to things like Playstation Vue and WB Play just fine, but I get all kinds of errors on Arkham Knight that I'm not connected to the PSN, for example.

The leaderboards on there haven't worked for me since Tuesday night.

What's the deal with PSN now, another DDoS attack?

https://downdetector.com/status/play...n-network/map/

I'm right there in that SouthWest red-spot.

Gotta love how my PS4 blames me and my network for not being able to connect to PSN, when it's 100% their fault. Fuckers.

It came back, but my issue wasn't that it was down - that happens - it's the way it's set up to make me think it's my fault when it's theirs.

Did you get a good deal? I'm looking to pick one up but I'm looking for a good bundle.

I found a seller on Ebay who was accepting offers on a New/Sealed bundle. Got it for $365 (shipped). I was happy with that price.

I've seen used consoles get posted on CAG (CheapAssGamer) via Amazon Warehouse Deals ranging from $224-$260/270.

I was going to wait until next year when Street Fighter V came out, but there were a lot of E3 announcements that got me excited.

Also I really want to play Until Dawn in August

Nice! That's a good cross-section of games as well. I would highly recommend Witcher 3, while it's similar to DA:I in that it's an RPG, it blows it away in every conceivable way (more action, better world/art/story/characters). I'd say W3 is game of the year, if not the decade.

I played the demo back at PSX last December. It's pretty damn cool and looks amazingly lifelike. I plan on renting it.

Be sure to join PS Plus right away so you can grab Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes before it goes away on Tuesday.

Also if anyone is looking for a slight discount on PSN credit, this is a pretty good deal, getting you $50 in PSN Store credit for $45 and delivering it instantly

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

A new firmware update was released today, version 2.55.

It's a stability update, nothing major added.

I will keep my eyes open for a deal on the game, even though it's still new.

I'm also looking into Alien: Isolation, Tomb Raider: Definitive Collection and Guilty Gear Xrd as well!

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

I love Guilty Gear Xrd. It's a VERY solid fighting game.

Strangely, it seems the PS4 version of Tomb Raider Definitive is disappearing from B&M stores, though it's still available on Amazon (disc) and digitally in the PSN Store.
