Yeah, I forget where, but if you stay still in a few locations throughout the game she'll whip out a jokebook she picked up. Joel's reactions make it even more hilarious.

I believe there's a trophy for listening to all of them, too.

I think one of Bioshock Infinite's biggest problems is that on Normal difficulty, there's really no reason to use the cooler stuff: vigors, tears, rails. You can pretty much just stand there and pew pew pew through the whole game.
