Yeah, I just noticed that in the ad as well. That is probably the better way to go so you can wait for the reviews to come in

Videogamer.com got around the embargo by purchasing a copy and reviewing that:

I know BB is giving the $10 gift card for buying, but is this one also one of the titles you get a $10 RZ cert for preordering?

Game Informer - 9/10 ("A Masterwork Of Absolute Insanity")
IGN - 8.7/10 ("a brutal, challenging, and remarkably fun game")
Game Trailers - 9.0/10
Videogamer - 8/10
The Escapist - 3/5 ("a noble attempt at bringing back classic survival horror, but it could have learned a thing or two from games that aren't almost ten years old")
Joystiq - 2.5/5 ("just plain doesn't give you a fair chance to succeed")

Just started playing this and boy did the old Resident Evil game of memories start flooding back. The controls are very similar to Resident Evil's, so you'll adapt to them in no time. There's a lot more interaction with people, things, and objects, but overall - after 45 minutes and on chapter 2 already, this is going to keep getting better and scarier. There's some fucked up shit in this.

Didn't Resident Evil control like a tank?
***Edit*** I think that launch trailer may have just sold me on this one.

It controls like RE4 not the old RE's.

It's more fluid than even RE4 was. You can move while aiming, etc.
I'm loving the game so far, but the aspect ratio is a real hindrance. Terrible design decision.
