Go to the loadout page (Customize, I believe, on the spawn/map screen). On the left side there should be a list for you to edit your kit (Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon, Gadget 1, Gadget 2, etc). RPG/Stinger/IGLA, etc will be in the Gadget sections. Click on where you want to put the launcher (1 or 2) and select it from the list.
Hope that helps.

So what's more important: accuracy or stability? I really don't know how much the weapon stats really matter but these are the two I try and figure out the most. What's the difference and what do I need to be more concerned about? I tend to aim before firing 9 times out of 10 though I'm known to spray-and-pray on occasion. I also burst fire almost exclusively. Thoughts?

Accuracy is the spread of the bullets. If you notice when you auto fire long bursts, your crosshairs get wider and wider. I think that's your accuracy stat. When the number is higher, the crosshairs stay closer together. You probably don't see it if you're in aimed fire, but when you hip fire you'll see the crosshairs start spreading out the longer you hold the fire button.
I would think if you burst fire, then the accuracy stat is less important because your not giving it a chance to spread out of control.
LMG'a are extreme examples of both. Low stability and accuracy. If you hip fire those, you rarely hit anything. The crosshairs will be huge and the gun will be bouncing all over the place.

It absolutely takes fewer shots to get a kill. 1 or 2 bullets from any gun will take someone down. I can 5-6 shots into someone with a pistol in the regular mode, but in Hardcore, it's 1-2 shots. Same with sniper rifles. 1 shot with any rifle from almost any range will drop someone, no matter where the bullet hits.

Second Assault DLC is dropping on 2/18 (I'm guessing this is the DLC that was available at launch for XB1?)
I played a little bit this weekend since I finally got my PS4 hooked back up. I didn't run into any game breaking issues. Do they finally have the game running stable for now?

Game seems to be running great for me on XB1. Playing Metro on Conquest Large (32x32) is just insane. Everyone has a lot of points after the end of the round.

I think they fixed the stability a long time ago. The only real issue with this game for me is the occasional lag/rubber-banding/netcode issues. It rears it's ugly head every now and then, but by no means makes the game un-playable. And it's more of a server problem on EA's end. I've been playing this game almost daily since it came out. It's certainly not the disaster most people make it out to be.
I do wish they would work the DLC maps into the regular rotation. It stinks that you can only play one or the other. I haven't put much time into China Rising only because I want more than those 4 maps over and over. They're good, but not THAT good.

I was having a rough time with jerky play on the PS4. It was like I'd take 6 steps forward and then it would lurch a half-step back. Super annoying.
I went into the options and turned Network Smoothing from 50% to 30% and it stopped completely.

I only got the game about a month ago, but I've never experienced any issues on the PS4. Has anybody bought the China Rising DLC? Worth it?

Rubber banding is what Draven described, where you run forward 6 steps and then suddenly teleport backwards a few steps and you're covering the same ground you just did a second ago. It is super annoying. It seems to happen the most on Lancing Dam.
The netcode issues are things like getting shot when you're clearly behind cover, or shooting numerous rounds into an enemy and not getting any hit markers. It's caused by people's games being out of sync, where what you see on your screen isnt the same as what the other guy is seeing. If you google "BF4 netcode" you'll see tons of examples of it on YouTube. It's pretty bad in some cases.

I like maybe 2 of the maps in China Rising, specifically the jungle map with the point in the middle.

Hey guys quick question, if I buy this used is there some activation code for multiplayer or anything else I would be missing out on? Would I have to buy this new to get all functionality?

After almost playing Warframe about everyday I picked back up (SP campaign) on BF4 yesterday. I got the blue screen three times in 2.5 hrs....PS4

The fact that there's still notable issues 3 months after launch is just really, really dumb. I got this game at launch on my PS4, and was disappointed... but no big. I had three other games to play through. Played through them and even picked up one more, and played through that as well. And then some of the PSN offerings. THEN I got into BF4. Still issues galore. Gave it some more time... but got rid of the game after two months. If they can't get the game in better working order than it was in that time frame, I decided I wasn't interested... nor will I be in any other BF game that comes down the pike.

I've downloaded China Rising but cannot find it in a Deathmatch game. Have they only given it other modes and not deathmatch?

That's what I hate about top-dollar priced DLC for multiplayer content. Only a small % of people are going to be buying it, therefore, you're not going to be seeing it nearly as much as the standard content.
