Ugh, currently letting a rubber band fly an alien aircraft in circles for hours to get the stupid "fly 2500000 feet" challenge completed. Why the hell did they put that in the game!?!?!

Yep, took quite a while,, that and the letting my xbox just sit there for over 10 hours to get the 40hr achievement. Not a fan of developers who put stuff like that in the games. Managed to 1000/1000 it though, traded it in towards my GTA V :)

I dunno, I find it amusing that developers are willing to fuck with trophy/achievement whores that way. :lol: Don't get me wrong, we're all OCD about something. But trophy/achievement whores crack me up for some reason.

I just hit my goal of 100 games completed to 100% :) I think it's 103 now with SR4.

Saints Row 4 gets 'GATV,' 'Wild West' DLC next week
The next set of downloadable content for Saints Row 4 consists of two add-ons called "GATV" and "Wild West" that wil be released next week on PlayStation Network, according to the latest episode of the PlayStation Blogcast. The podcast provided no further information on the DLC packs, although according to a leaked image seen on GameFAQs, the GATV pack is a Johnny Gat-centric add-on that contains new clothes, hair and weapons. Also launching next week is Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto 5, which happens to have similar initials. There's no word on what the Wild West DLC might include. We've reached out to publisher Deep Silver for additional details on the DLC, such as the prices and release plans on Steam and the Xbox Games Store, and will update this article with any information we receive. |

After seeing the disparity between the graphics of GTA V to SRIV I have to say that it will be hard to spend much more time playing SRIV. Yes, flying around and using super powers are somewhat fun but still lose their charm after a few hours or so.

Finished this last night in order to ready my body for GTA5. I found it entertaining, but it was definitely starting to wear out its welcome by the end. I probably won't go for 1000/1000 on the achievements but my hat's off to the developer by not having any multiplayer achievements in there.

Same here. I enjoyed it but grew tired of it in the last mission.
FYI, I traded it in for 30$ to Gamestop towards GTA. |

I also finished it over the weekend. The only thing I grew tired of were the freezes and glitches. I had 3 of the former and 2 of the latter in the final mission, causing me to have to restart it 5 times.
Other than its serious need for a patch, I loved the game. |

Yeah, I have it for the PS3, and this is easily the glitchiest console game I've played this past generation (maybe ever?). Between complete system freezes, the game (but not the PS3) locking up, and getting stuck inside solid objects (although I was able to get around that a couple of times), I'm pretty sure the game keeled over and died 10-15 times for me.
I had a blast with IV, but I definitely found it less addictive than The Third. I'm at 91% now, and I don't think I'll get a lot higher than that. |

I know it sounds dumb, but I genuinely missed being able to buy cribs and upgrade them.

The just-released GAT V (ha ha) DLC is free on Steam for one day only. You don't even need to own the game to add it to your account, so there's no reason not to.

Yeah had it freeze 5 times during the course of the game . I beat it over the weekend and even though the last mission is tedious. I still loved the ending. The game was fun though not as addicting ad SR3. loved some of the silly art in the credits also.

Well here's something I thought I would never say.....I MIGHT pick this one up as I am completely bored with GTA V.....just a hollow empty mess -the 3 protagonists are so damn lame.
I watched the first mission online and had a good laugh - SR3 was the most bug ridden game I've ever played but I seriously am fresh out of games to play and SR4 at least gave me a good number of laughs in the first few minutes I saw (well, Until the Rapture DLC for Bioshock comes out). |
