Put another 11-hours into the game now that I've finished the Main Story.
Having a lot of fun doing more Side Missions & Gigs as well as looting like a madman.
Maxed out my Street Cred to 50 last night.

From a Bloomberg report today:
Several current and former staff who worked on Cyberpunk 2077 have all said the same thing: The game’s deadlines, set by the board of directors, were always unrealistic. It was clear to many of the developers that they needed more time.

I talked to a friend today who has been following the game when it was first shown and got it (PS4)....and he said as long as he's been playing on consoles, he's never seen anything this buggy and glitchy and basically unplayable. I told him frankly....the moment they were showing the trailers and all I said no-way the PS4 and XBO was going to handle, play and show that game at half the potential. It was going to stress the CPU, GPU and Memory like no other....I feel for all those who got it and had issues and already stories out saying "What's Wrong With Cyberpunk Is What's Wrong With The Gaming Industry".....with everyone pointing fingers and trying to find cover....but yea, how many games have been pulled by either Sony or MS from their store due to being outright a technically screwup....

I imagine future DLC planned as Paid will now be free.
Everything this game updates I have to keep removing games to make room on my hard drive. At this point all I can fit is GTA, Last Of Us, Yakuza 0, and Cyberpunk.

This one caught my eye:
- Added some warmth to HDR.
So did they fix the HDR for it? I've been playing it in SDR 4K since the beginning, so don't know or remember if they fixed the HDR for the game that was "broken."
The one fix I did notice right away was the one of V actually having her headgear on while looking in the mirror. If I had on a bandana or helmet, V's reflection would be bald headed before the update.

It’s on sale at Best Buy so I just bought the physical copy. Got the steelbook and had a $20 reward certificate so $32 after tax isn’t bad. Hopefully the patch is a start.

Came across an annoyance bug. When you put your weapons in storage at V's apartment all weapons in storage show DPS as 0. I have to take out all the weapons from storage in order to see their stats. Complete PITA.

I have a weapon on me that is invisible in my inventory. I can see what type of weapon it is but it doesn't appear in the box. Stupid little annoyances like this make you wonder what they have actually been doing during the past few delays.

I can put up with bugs and glitches but not the chance to have a save corrupting bug

Your Cyberpunk 2077 save may be corrupted if you pick up too many items

Okay so I checked my save files and they're at 12 MBs . So I'm basically playing with fire at this point? Guess I need to sell a bunch of items lol

So when this game showed up I did something I rarely do. I immediately opened it to check out the goodies that came with it. Kinda wish I hadn't now, I'd totally return it. I got it for around $30 after GCU + Reward Zone certificates so not too worried about it, so I guess I'll toss it on the pile and hope they fix things and find other things to play in the meantime.

All of mine are over 12gb in size and I don't keep much inventory. I have sold most of the things I have picked up. This seems like it it is going to be a huge problem moving forward if these corrupt saves do start happening.

Thanks for the heads up about the save files.
Previous to this, I started selling off much of my inventory earlier today, especially items I've picked up but never have used.

The Widowmaker is my favorite gun. I was able to take out a very high area with no problem killing enemies in only three charged shots. Going to keep upgrading it. Totally expect it to be nerfed in an update lol
It even shoots through freaking walls! Love it
