That is a part of the drum kit. You have to have it attached to the drum kit to play it. You select drums to play drums w/ cymbals.

Well, if you could buy two Rock Band cymbals and crash them together, I'd agree with you, but since they require the drums to work, they're part of the drum set.

it just said that can be played in rock band. it doesn't say "has to be played in conjunction with another instrument." regardless if it requires another instrument to be played, it's an individual instrument, separate of drums.

I think "vocals" should be considered wrong, but tamborine/mic should be considered correct (and combined as one).
