What time do the e-shop titles usually become available for download
I was going to buy Mario vs DK but it still says a release date 3-05-2015
Um that's today

Not that anyone had high hopes, but Mario Party 10 is getting pretty lousy scores. Par for the course for this series, though...

If you can find one at a GameStop near you, the 8 GB Skylanders Swap Force bundle is $199.99.

I have joined the club today and got a Wii U. Only issue I have now is Mario moves super slow in 3D World, but maybe that changes later in the game.

I don't know how much of an issue this still is, but Iwata spoke to Time about the price of the Wii U:
Nintendo was “forced” to sell the Wii U at a higher cost than it might have otherwise
“I think, to be honest, we were in a difficult situation,” says Iwata. “Because for the home console our biggest market opportunity was in the overseas markets in the U.S. and Europe, but because of the valuation of the yen and the exchange rates into dollars and euro, it made it a difficult proposition for us to capitalize on that, because of the cost that we were forced to sell the system at.”

Uh... what? (Interview from 2012, where Iwata is proud that the component cost of the WiiU was only 99 bucks; I understand that doesn't take R&D and whatnot into account)

If the yen were strong, wouldn't that make the price in foreign markets too high? Was the yen strong when the WiiU first launched, because it's relatively weak now. Or is it the opposite?

Beats me. Is that quote legit? Quickly skimming, I don't see anything even close to that in the Iwata Asks interview that site links to as 'proof'. Google searches for those quotes only turn up that one p4rgaming article (and a forum post quoting it).
Iwata also said in 2012:
This is when the deluxe was still $350! To be fair, it's unclear which version of the console he's talking about -- the 8 GB and/or 32 GB.
Reggie said in 2012 that the Wii U was being sold at a very small loss but that one software sale per console would push it into the black.
Iwata also said in 2012:
In this first half of the term before the launch of the Wii U, we were not able to make a profit on software for the system while we had to book a loss on the hardware, which is currently in production and will be sold below cost.

I don't see how 8 or 32 would be a substantial cost difference, even several years ago. And especially considering how slow it is.

Right. What I mean is that when Reggie was saying that the Wii U was being sold at a loss, maybe he was just referring to the 8 GB version since there's not really $50 worth of other stuff in the deluxe model.

Doesn't look like Zelda is gonna make it in 2015, which...yeah, I think everyone was expecting. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v...802&permPage=1
It also won't be shown at E3.
I wonder if we're looking at a cross-platform release a la Twilight Princess on the GameCube and Wii...with Zelda being a launch title on the NX.

The Zelda delay is disappointing. Other than Xenoblade, there's not a lot else that I was looking forward to on Wii U. Devil's Third, if it ends up being good. Splatoon, only if it has a worthwhile solo campaign.
Some people are fearing that Zelda is ditching the Wii U and will be a launch exclusive for the NX. Seems unlikely to me, but I'm no expert on Nintendo.

It being a no-show at E3 very likely says a lot about the state of the game right now.
