Just announced at Comic Con. High Moon Studios is making the game, who have made all the recent Transformers games.

Looks like it could be okay and I like Deadpool as a character. I'll probably wait on reviews though.

Hmmm only showing mediocre pre-rendered scenes and one scene of game play is a turrent sequence. Nope.

Also...meh to Deadpool. I just dont get the love.

I do enjoy the character, hilarious as fuck. While the footage doesn't amaze me it does entertain me just by the mood and tone it's got. It's Deadpool...w/ Nolan North (he's done Deadpool in Hulk Vs. and MvC3) so that's awesome.

Also the developer has done the two most recent Transformers games, the 1st one was good and soooo much fun for TF fans.

LOL it's getting to the point that it's almost disappointing if a character isn't voiced by Nolan North. He'll whore himself out to any game (not that this is a bad thing as voice acting is pretty much his career now). I am honestly surprised he isn't just raising his voice and voicing Lara in the new Tomb Raider

My fear for this game is that Deadpool will have a set of 5-6 stock quips during combat that will be funny the first time you hear them, but wear out their welcome rapidly once you've heard them all ad nauseum as you plow through enemies.

It's funny, the review blurbs off MetaCritic are fairly positive... this definitely seems like a fun diversion for $20, but not for $50.

I rented this a few weeks ago and gave it 2 playthroughs. It's a decent action title with some good humor (that's balanced out with a lot of trying-too-hard humor). I'd say $15 is about right if you're interested.

I got this title for my birthday yesterday...I hope I can play it soon. I'm pretty sure the giver paid in the $40 range, but I guess it doesn't matter since it was my bday :)
