The Limited edition of the first game came with a pillow case, and a "Sensual Vira-Lor mouse pad".

I have that booby pad. It's actually pretty nice once you get used to it. The pillow case is decently made, but I have no clue what to do with it. My box was a little bad on the outside, but the game was pristine inside, so eventually I'll get around to playing it. Needless to say I got it all fairly cheap once Gamestop was just trying to get rid of their last few copies at any price.

Despite all that...inflatable doll, uh no. The Pillow case and mouse pad were kinda cool (just a little silly obviously), but inflatable doll...why don't they just include a dildo..I mean really.
