Re: What are you playing? (February 2012)
I really liked FFXIII, although I can see how some people wouldn't. I also really liked FFX-2 so perhaps I'm not the target FF demographic/fanboy.
Very rarely do I dive into a game and give it 20-30 hours in a row (not all at once). Even rarer do I totally finish it before playing something else. If a games good I might get into it for 5-10 hours then play something else for that same amount of time. Other times I'll toss in a game for a level or two then play something else for a longer session. (I do like watching TV shows at least a season at a time, but even that can vary - I've got 5 different series in the DVD player right now, depending on the mood.) |

Playing through Halo: Reach with my son.
Putting too much of my spare time into COD:MW3 Mulitplayer (only 10% into Veteran campaign). On the horizon: Halo:ODST and Batman: Arkham Asylum (both still in shrinkwrap) |
Re: What are you playing? (February 2012)
it is so odd. i have put hundreds of hours into all of the Call of Duty games except World at War, and I have NO desire to purchase MW3. It is so weird. I guess I subconsciously said "enough" after putting tons of hours into Black Ops.

Re: What are you playing? (February 2012)
Just wrapped up:
The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword – Wii Resident Evil Revelations – 3DS Both of which were AAA titles. I really enjoyed the fact that Skyward Sword was essentially a prequel to the entire series and the episodic structure of RE Revelations. Right now though, its all about UFC Undisputed 3. |
