If anyone by some miracle gets a Quick Draw Rattle Shake they're willing to part with, please let me know. I'll pay a fair price. I'm just trying to avoid the eBay scalpers. Also looking for Polar Whirlwind

I kept telling myself $10 is nothing, but damn, those things add up, lol. Seriously, just buy what you love, try to resist the temptation of "complete collection." I know I'm talking to a wall since this forum is consisted of obsessive and compulsive collectors!

How much are they going for on ebay? I knew I should have tried harder to win one!

A quick search looks like they're going for between $40 and $50 now.

It looks like the best gitd figure they've done so far. Instead of just covering a figure completely with gitd paint, they actually made it look like a normal figure.

I got the special Gill Grunt tonight. It really is one of the sharpest looking figures I've seen. Nice color.

How did TRU ship it? I should be getting mine today. I ordered some legos once and they shipped the small box in a freaking padded envelope. Needless to say it arrived flat...

re: Skylanders, Anyone?

I had ordered 4 others to get free shipping so luckily it came in a box. However one (Grim Creeper) was shipped separately and yes, it came in a huge padded envelope. Surprising it did not get crushed.

Argh, they sent gill grunt in a padded envelope. The plastic shell is a bit messed up but it wasn't destroyed like my lego set.

I *still* don't have my redemption code! They finally said I qualify and to wait 48 hours (which is tonight) for the email and then call if I don't get it. Yep... I'm getting a run around...

I bought mine as I didn't qualify for a free one. They should be able to give you credit towards it if you don't get your code today. They gave me $10 towards any purchase when my purchases didn't show up for the $10 wishlist gc promo.

re: Skylanders, Anyone?

So... no email after 48+ hours so I call this time. At least having a open ticket made it easier as I didn't have to relate the entire sequence/problem. The very nice CS rep told me she'd "send it through again" and "you should have the email by tomorrow" but call back if not. Really? Again? If I have to call again I'll probably tell them "You know I qualify and have my address information so just send me one!"

*EDIT*
I got home to a message to call the CS line and they'd place the order! After a few minutes on the phone all is good with a order created and figure on its way! Even though it took several days to get worked out *everyone* I spoke with was helpful and pleasant - a plus!

Can anyone help me find a Nitro Magna Charge? Targets I've checked around here are all out of stock.

re: Skylanders, Anyone?

My Gill Grunt came in a padded envelope too... only damage was a slight dimple in the blister pack on one corner.

... and why is this Gill Grunt (a Series 2) backwards compatible to Spyro's Adventure?

Edit: Nevermind, all of the Series 2 Giants characters were backwards compatible with Spyro's Adventure... it was the new to Giants characters that weren't.

Did you try the target.com inventory locator? I am not sure if it is still accurate though since they released all the non exclusive double packs. If they were smart they would use different dpcis...

re: Skylanders, Anyone?

I had a question about the backward compatible figures. They're uniquely identified in the new games (in the catalog), so what happens when you use them in the old games?

I've not yet tried any from Swap Force in Giants or Spyro's Adventure but those reposes for Giants show up as the regular figure in Spyro's Adventure. Your question really makes me want to put the LC Wham Shell on the portal with the other 2 just to see...

I would imagine it would just be like using the series 1 figures.

yeah, unfortunately I've checked online for all Targets within a reasonable driving distance and no luck. I may just buy a loose one off ebay if I can get him for less than the cost of the double pack. We've already got all the other swappers that have been released so far.

I don't get why they aren't releasing Jade Fire Kraken for Chinese New Year. The damn thing is the color of jade and it even looks like the dragons they use for the dragon dances... I am guessing they're going with St Patrick's day...

re: Skylanders, Anyone?

Nitro Freeze Blade now has a page on Target.com. It's not yet available for ordering but has a release date: 03.23.14

There's also a Nitro Magna Charge single pack on the site. Again, can't be ordered yet... release date: 03.23.14

Here are some images for possible Easter offerings:

The images came from Best Buy before they got taken down but don't have a BB exclusive logo on them. My guess is this is just Easter Packaging with the Springtime Trigger Happy being the limited edition and available everywhere.

That's one *ugly* Trigger Happy!
