Well there must be a lot of people jumping on the Borderlands game...the current GOTY edition price is now up to $30.00. I can remember it going for clost to $12-$15 at one point.

WOW!!!....looking really good. I see me using the Siren quite a bit but Gunzerker looks like a total badass. As they pointed out it looks like more enemy types and could be a faster pace. There wasn't slow down anytime in the footage. The weapons are just going o be crazy....

Borderlands 2 Collectors and Limited Editions Revealed
2K Games and Gearbox have today unveiled the ultra-special joy-puking editions of Borderlands 2, which will come in two distinct varieties: special and uber-mega-ultra-special limited boxy-box box edition.
The former, let's call it the Borderlands 2 Vault Hunter's Collectors Edition (because that's what it's called) will come with a selection of goodies, including an authentic Marcus Kincaid bobble head, an 'Inside the Vault' hardbound book, a map of Pandora, a set of stickers and a comic book download. It even comes with the game disc and a case to store it in, which is handy. It'll be priced at £64.99.
Meanwhile, if you're feeling flush and fancy something one (maybe even two) better than that, then you can grab the Borderlands 2 Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition, which comes with all of the above from the Collectors Edition, plus a scaled replica of the iconic red loot chest to store it all in. There's also a steelbook case (we love a nice steelbook), a 'Creatures of Pandora' wide-format ID chart, a lithograph postcard set, field notes from Sir Hammerlock, a fancy cloth map of Pandora and a numbered certificate of authenticity. This lot will set you back £99.99.
Pre-ordering Borderlands 2 will also grant you access to the Premiere Club, which grants you the Vault Hunter's Relic, a golden key and a Gearbox Gun Pack with unique weapon skins.

No question...I'd love to get my hands on that "Loot Chest" and instead of a bobblehead vending machine I rather have a Clap-trap figurine. I'll probably get one of the two.

Re: Borderlands 2: "xbox360/ps3/pc" -2012
I just pre-ordered the regular edition on Amazon. The Premiere Club bonus of the extra DLC class is worth it to me.
My biggest hope for this game is that matchmaking is improved. It was a pain in the ass to join multiplayer games (took forever to load them and then they would be full). Also I hope they do something to add limits to the levels of players who join the games. I have 0 interest in having someone level 50 run along with 3 level 1s.

If they keep the scoring system in place with what level you are vs someone either way ahead or way behind then it'll be ok. It's a total waste for anyone way ahead like 20-30 levels to join a game because they're getting much of nothing in points except kills per gun/weapon. I'm more interseted in the "banks".... how to keep your inventory and how to expand it. It helped a lot with the first one. I'd play a character and if I came across something meant for another I'd save it, then move it to the other characters "bank".
