Thanks for the heads-up. I actually don't like this dynamic theme as most of them. It's weird, the characters are barely moving, and occasionally blinking -- like they're posing for a static theme. Still okay, but a weird choice for a dynamic theme. The download also comes with four new character avatars, BTW.

In other All-4-One news, the game will be packaged in with a GotY version of LittleBigPlanet 2 in a Black Friday PS3 bundle. I might need a new PS3 by then, so I may end up waiting for that instead of grabbing this next week at the TRU Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale. Not sure yet....

I got this in the TRU B2G1F deal... then read about the multiplayer focus, after not reading anything about it prior and assuming this was another iteration in the series. Tempted to return it, but waiting for reviews, anyone here crack it open yet?

Reviews so far have been very lukewarm, making it clear that a lot of what we've come to love so much about the series has been heavily watered-down. I think I'll still pick it up, but I'll wait for a price drop. Plenty of games to keep me busy in the meantime...

I'm overwhelmed with games at the moment and passed on this. Figure there will be lots of new copies hitting eBay after the bundle hits. Haven't seen any reviews yet.

I've been an huge fan of the series since it's inception and this one is no exception. I actually love that its focused on multiplayer (even I'll admit that the last title started to feel stale). I'm not sure why people are saying its watered down, more or less all the R&C mechanics are still there. Also, the multiplayer joint platform is really refreshing imho.

My gf is really excited that the two of us can play this one together. But I still haven't gotten it.

I did see that Target is selling a special version that also comes with a voucher for Quest for Booty. That might be a nice incentive for people to either get the game or sell and defray the cost.
