Playability

I play a lot of games, and ws thinking about the ones that I play over and over. I'm a Nintendo guy. I have an original NES, N64, and Wii. I seem to play the Gamecube games more than any other. I don't know why that is. The cube games just seem more fun. The newer Wii games...., sure they look cool, but there's just something about the old school games that draws me back to them over and over. What about you ?

Yes, a lot of old games are good. So are a lot of new ones.

I think the fact that you don't like most modern games is more attributable to the fact the the only modern system that you own is the Wii than the fact that they aren't making as many good games. For the purposes of tradional gaming, the Wii was actually a step backwards from the gamecube IMHO.

My Wii was never used... now it doesn't work and I could care less. I actually think there is a game stuck in it... but that paperweight can keep it.

The oldest game I still play is Saints Row 2.

< Not Nostalgic when it comes to gaming. In fact, I learned long ago that more often than not, for me, going back to Old games often makes me appreciate how far Game technology and the ART... yes Ebert...I said ART...of Game Development has come.

You sound in desperate need of a PS2.

Yea, really. The Gamecube's what, 9 years old? I consider old school '70's - early '90's.
