Free is good. Thanks.

And I have Muramasa (preordered it from New Egg when it was $29.99, having not the slightest idea what it was about, then forgot that I placed the order) and haven't even tried it yet.

It's just a port? I thought it was a sequel! I already played the Wii one. Oh well, I guess no Vita for me...

....and bought! Thanks for the heads-up. It was only available in one of the dozen stores in Vegas -- thankfully the closest one to my house. Don't know if that's from people buying the memory cards up already or from them not stocking them since the Vita launch (probably more the latter).
I saw the Gamer Club $20 off part of the deal last week, but they still had the cards listed for like $99 so it was worthless at the time, barring fighting with a CSR over price-matching with coupon use.

Remember that showing OOS online doesn't mean no stock in store, just less than 3-4 items. The deal is good in-store so if you pass by a store you might want to swing in and check for yourself

re: Official PS Vita / PlayStation TV Thread

Got me a $48-ish (plus tax) 32gb memory card from BB, excellent! Now I have all of the PS+ free Vita games on it. Okay people, listen up, if you're going to back up your smaller memory card and restore the content to the larger memory card for the Vita. Please SYNC the trophies before you do! I learned the hard way that backups don't include trophies you haven't synch yet. And no, switching back to the smaller memory card will not revive the "un-synch'd" trophies.

This can be very annoying if you're gunning for platinum trophies because you need all trophies to unlock the platinum. NOT all games allow you replay the chapters and earn the missing trophies again, so don't make the mistake like I did.

All of the local stores show out of stock on the 32GB cards. I checked the closest one after work today, and they were out of stock, hoping the other location still has one.

My Vita says that firmware update 3.0 is ready now. I suppose this is the one that sets the stage for all the PS4 functionality.

It’s also a great time to pick up a PS Vita, so you can play Tearaway — which launched today to stellar reviews — and recent hits like Killzone Mercenary, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, and Spelunky.

PS Vita is the ultimate companion device for PS4 through key features like Remote Play, letting gamers play most PS4 titles on their PS Vita via Wi-Fi on their home network, freeing up the television for other uses. Check out the various deals below:

Best Buy — All PS Vita systems available (11/24 – 11/28) — $169.99
GameStop — PlayStation Vita 3G/Wi-Fi Bundle (11/29 – 12/1) — $179.99

re: Official PS Vita / PlayStation TV Thread

I hope we start seeing those Vita TV units coming soon to the US. It would give me something to do with an old PS3 controller and with an older 16 GB card now that I've bought a 32.

re: Official PS Vita / PlayStation TV Thread

I forget, do the new Vitas take regular SD cards, or are they still proprietary?

re: Official PS Vita / PlayStation TV Thread

Did a quick search at Engadget, they say the new Vita has better battery life, no proprietary charging cable, and is thinner and more comfortable. It still requires the same memory cards and the screen isn't as good as the one on the original system.

I'm still happy with my white PS Vita but yeah I love the thought of it being USB standard.

Same here. The white one is awesome. Thinner and lighter would be nice though.

I'll take a better screen over thinner and lighter.
