I'd definitely be interested if the price was right.

look, man, I've got certain information, all right? Certain things have come to light. And, you know, has it ever occurred to you, that, instead of, uh, you know, running around, uh, uh, blaming me, you know, given the nature of all this new shit, you know, I-I-I-I... this could be a-a-a-a lot more, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, complex, I mean, it's not just, it might not be just such a simple... uh, you know?

Re: MGS HD Collection for PS3 (Now with psuedo-proof and some tears!)

I'll be glad not to participate in this forum if the mod thinks adding words to someones post that they did not make is either funny or appropriate

I've only been a forum member since 2001 but have yet to experience behavior like this which I find both immature and offensive

I wasn't aware people had to have a certain level of proof about something to post on here
and if they didn't have it their words could be manipulated to give the impression they were stating something they weren't
I guess I'll have to look more closely at all the rumor posts on here

Re: MGS HD Collection for PS3 (Now with psuedo-proof, some tears and no sense of humo

Typically people post when they have some sort of proof/indicator that they are bringing actual information. Just saying something and then claiming you have secret info doesn't really help anyone (unless you are someone with known ties to an industry or have a reputation of being an insider).

Someone giving you the slightest degree of shit of an unbacked claim is pretty standard for the internets. Most of us wear our big girl panties though.

(except for L&O - I hear he prefers a nice ruffle-backed tanga).

That being said, I heard they are bringing back Phantom Dust for the Kinect!

I know the guy doesn't have full proof but honestly dick much?

Anyways if this came out for real I'd be interested in picking it up.

musick is like the Keymaster to Pixy's Gatekeeper.

So, PS3 gets God of War, Prince of Persia, Ico+Shadow, and MSG collections. Pretty nice stuff. Is there also a R&C collection?

Who needs backwards compatibility when you can resell the games with a slightly updated engine? Good show, Sony!

You can still get MGS trilogy boxed set for a good price i still see it in stores. So if you have a ps2 just pick up the collection. original mgs looks dated but 2 and 3 still look good.

I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to be "that guy." Quite a turnaround from the company that derided the competition for only having "limited backwards compatibility" at launch.

I didn't get any sense of "toughness" from his words. He was even polite by saying "please don't" to whoever changed what he must have originally posted. We all know that it is a forum and the internet is rampant with savages and a lack of law and order, but this forum isn't like bluray.com so we don't have to treat each other with such disdain either.

Re: MGS HD Collection for PS3 (Now with psuedo-proof, some tears and no sense of humo

I love the series but I don't know if I'll pick it up (if the rumors are true.) Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater are two of my favourites, but I don't have time to play the games I do own/have in my backlog that I haven't played, let alone new versions of games I've already played through.
