Did this a couple years ago, and with that Festivus thread I figured I'd do another one and see if Q4 2010 is as shitty as that guy thinks it'll be.

Second half of the year is not doing it for me like the first half...but Fallout New Vegas is there to get my hopes up, and ultimately disappoint me like every Obsidian game ever made has...(good games, just not great) ...(maybe they can bring back their Black Isle magic with this one)

The only immediate must-haves for me are Rock Band 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, and Gran Turismo 5. Although, there are others I'll probably get when they're cheaper. Actually, I'm not even sure I'll get LBP2 right away. I suppose the list would be longer if I had a 360 or Wii.

Castlevania looks decent, but I'm still skeptical of the franchise in 3D. Although, this one looks like God of War with a Castlevania skin, which would be good if the gameplay approaches GOW.

honestly, nothing. dead rising 2 has piqued my interest, but i doubt i will get it on release date. epic mickey is another, but again, not something i'd get on release date.

COD: Black Ops and Halo: Reach are day one purchases. I had zero interest in Gran Turismo 5 until I learned that it'll include "Top Gear" footage so I'm in for that one as well -- if it ships.

I might get one or two others, but those three are the ones I will not go without.

Only Dead Rising 2. I really enjoyed the first game when it came out and hope that this new one keeps the same tone.

Other than that, I think I may finally have reached that point where gaming is no longer fun and exciting. A lot of the games that would have spiked my interest a few years ago do nothing for me now. :(
