This is going to be a day one purchase for me, but am I the only one that hates these kind of trailers? I would rather have some in game footage..........

Be glad you're getting anything before E3. I'll definitely borrow/rent this one in the future as the first was as enjoyable as everyone said it would be. I just hope they don't tack on some multiplayer features like Bioshock 2 did.

yeah but blurred and shaking and edited by someone who wishes they worked for Michael Bay....no way to tell if it is in game footage, and that is not what I really am looking for when I say in game footage...

I forgot I had this preordered back when amazon put it up for 49.99 and it was in my gold box for 46...lets hope they keep the price at 56.99 and offer a gift card on top of it....

Finally got around to finishing the first one. I played it when it first came out and got side-tracked during Chapter 10. I popped it back in last week and I've been playing late at night with all the lights in the house turned off (which explains why I'm wide awake at 2:30 a.m. Can't sleep -- necromorphs will eat me!)

Something I didn't realize until I finished the game and started poking around on the 'net: Here are the titles of the chapters in the first game (do not click if you haven't played the first game all the way to the end):



The reason I was poking around on the 'net, BTW, is that I was looking for translations of the rune graffiti, and in particular the rune word that pops up when you win. Anybody seen any translations?

I came across that back around December when I completed my first playthrough of the game - pretty sweet.
I did find translations for the rune markings, but I don't have the link handy(that computer is currently in pieces). I'll try to track it down...

I don't remember the name Nicole either, I played the game when it was released, but based on what was posted, it's easy to know who she is.
