I hope someone can help me here. I was going to play an online dynasty in NCAA with a buddy and we were going to have 2 teams each so I needed to create a new account in order to have my 2nd team. I went online on my computer and created another account at sony.com, no problem. When I try to sign in though on my PS3, it says "You can't sign in using another person's ID"? What's up with that?

My email address for the 2nd account does have the same word in it that my original ID is and I'm wondering if that's the problem? Otherwise, I thought I should be able to just input the new email address and password and have a new account? Is there something else I have to do to be able to use that or should I be able to swich online accounts with no problem on the same PS3?

Very strange. I created multiple accounts (one for each member of my family) and am able to switch through them seamlessly on the PS3. Try logging out before logging in to the new account for the first time?

Is it a message from the PS3 (in that font they use), or is it from EA?

Anyway, if it's the same word, I'd assume it can't be a separate account. How would you know who is who if more than person gets to use that name? Maybe what you actually did was change the email address of your original account or something.
