(Reverse) Sheep Round 7 - Veritable Cornucopia edition

Please note that there are a different rules. Please read them carefully. New/changed rules are marked with "***"

http://www.chartrand.org/jeremy517/sheep.jpg

Rules:

*** This is both sheep and reverse sheep. You will be answering each question TWICE. Matching people in Sheep will give you points. Matching people in Reverse Sheep will lose you points. The person with the most points wins. ***

For sheep, you want to give the answer that you think will be given most often by other people. For example, if the question is "Name a game that has Mario in it", a good answer might be Super Mario Bros. A bad answer might be Mario Teaches Typing.

For reverse sheep, you want to give the answer that you think will be given least often by other people. For example, if the question is "Name a game that has Mario in it", a bad answer might be Super Mario Bros. A good answer might be Mario Teaches Typing.

*** If you choose to give the same answer for both sheep and reverse sheep on a particular question, you will earn a three point bonus. The downside, of course, is that popular Sheep answers might be really bad for Reverse Sheep ***.

*** For ONE QUESTION ONLY, you may use Google/Wikipedia/Gamefaqs/IGN/etc. You can choose which question you want to <s>cheat</s> lookup answers for. ***

*** To make scoring easier, when submitting your answers, please put your list of sheep answers first (not numbered, one answer per line), followed by your list of reverse sheep answers (not numbered, one per line). Failing to do so will lose you three points. Please don't put your sheep and reverse sheep answers on the same line. Please don't alternate your sheep and reverse sheep answers. It should be all of your sheep answers, and then all of your reverse sheep answers. ***

Private message me your answers. Do not post them in this thread or tell anyone else.

Incorrect answers in reverse sheep lose the number of points for the answer with the most votes + 1, making it worse than giving the worst correct answer.

Answers in sheep that don't match anyone else will get 0 points.

Remember, for reverse sheep you want the answer that you think nobody will give! For sheep you want the answer that you think the most people will give!

Questions:
1) Name an XBLA game that costs 1200 points.
2) Name a sport that EA has turned into a game that was released this decade. Similar sports will be counted as one. For example, mud wrestling and jello wrestling would count as matches.
3) Name a non-sports game that appears on all three current-gen consoles: Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3.
4) Two people have run Sheep/Peehs games in the video game subforum. Name one.
5) Name a game with a monthly subscription fee.
6) Name a button from the standard Playstation 2 Dualshock controller.
7) Name a Super Nintendo game that is available on the Wii Virtual Console.
8) Supporting characters from the Mario series have had a lot of spinoffs. Name a game that has the name of one of these characters (NOT Mario) in the title. For this question, the title must be referring to the actual Mario series character, and not someone who just has the same name.
9) Name one of the myriad James Bond first-person shooters.
10) Name a Sega console or handheld system that was released in the United States
11) Name a game that is available via Steam.
12) Ugh, another Rock Band question? Name a band that has four or more songs in Rock Band/Rock Band 2 (including DLC).
13) Name a PS3 game that is set in the future.
14) Name a series that has at least five games in it. Games with remakes only count once. Expansion packs don't count. Only "main" games count (for example, if there were Jabberwocky 1 through 4 and Jabberwocky Teaches Yoga, the count is only four).
15) Name one of the four main Pac-man ghosts. If you don't remember their names, give the color.

Remember to answer all questions twice

Answers are due by Monday, May 18th at 1:00PM EDT.

How does this work on scoring?

I think people should declare which question they used the net for.

Sweet. I'm actually going to think about my answers this time instead of cranking them out within the first 10 minutes of seeing the thread. Thanks to Jeremy for putting it together.

For question 2, did the first game have to come out in the last decade or they just had to release a game in the series in the past decade?

One final question...maybe :)
PC games are allowed this round?

#11 might be a touch hard to answer if they weren't allowed ;)

They're fine for the other questions too, assuming it fits the question.

Jeremy, I know I criticized you for writing hard questions before, but I think these are all very well done.

Answers sent. I had to look up Virtual Console games since I've never bought any on the Wii.

Also, hope a weekend bump will help get some more responses in!

Ugh - my answers are in. Once again I've proved (proven?) to myself how little I know about any videogame developments during that bleak period in my life between the sale of my Atari 2600 and the purchase of my PS3...this will be brutal.

BTW - I googled XBLA games for 1200 points.

Ditto. For reverse, I just chose what sounded like the most bizarre name. Wonder if that resulted in us picking the same one

I'm stuck on #3 and #13 (stupid PS3 questions). Will probably have to google #13, but haven't committed yet.
