Anyone else interested in this? I got my copy today, and can't wait to get home to pop it in! Since I'm not writing it up for vgtalk(but a different site) I'll spill some deets on it as I play. The previews look pretty good with some additions like the afro hair changing things up.

I did not even know a sequel was in the works. I loved the first one. I'll def have to pick up a copy of this when it comes out.

UGH! You're killing me over here!

Very big interest from me. My PSP resides in a promo Loco Roco case that I paid way to much shipping on from Japan a few years ago.

The $20 price point announcement made this a definite buy for me. For the first time in a year, I will actually use my PSP! :eek:

My budget for gaming has dropped significantly, so I hope we see more pricing like this in the coming year.

Just pre-ordered it from GameStop and got a code to download the demo. $20 a game like this is a steal. I loved the first one and this one looks just as good or better.

OK i logged a bunch of time on this over the weekend when I managed to wrestle the PSP from the girlfriends hands - what a great little title! I never played the first, but this one has me hooked!

Did the first have the muimui house, and those other mini game type things too?

Is it true that this is about half as long as the first game?
I guess that's why it's only $19.

Yeah, it's shorter - but it's still addictive and fun as hell.

That's what I heard from the IGN review. First one had 40 stages. I believe this one only has 20.

Still the best $20 you'll spend on the PSP until Patapon 2 comes out :)

Does anyone know off hand if the game will be available to download to the PSP via the Sony storefront? I'd almost rather have it on my memory stick than have to worry about the UMD.

Apparently it's already available for download in the UK right now. I haven't heard anything about it being available in the US that way, though.

Grr...Best Buy's online inventory check said that the one near me had this today. I drove over to get it, it wasn't on the shelf, and the clueless employee couldn't find it in the back. I'll be stopping at the other local Best Buy on my way home tonight, since they supposedly have it in stock as well.

Anyone have luck finding this game yet?

Thanks. I gave a peek at the Sony store last night and didn't see anything for downloading the game itself, so I'm assuming they want us to buy the disc. Bummer. Regardless, I guess I'll be making the stop tonight to try and grab it at BB.

If they were going to make it available for purchase on the US PSN, it would probably go up tonight with the regular weekly update. I've heard no mention of it being released that way in the US, but I wouldn't rule it out completely.

Good call. I'm totally not use to the PSN way of Thursday updates. I'll hold out one more day just to make sure. Thanks again!

Picked it up last night. I like it a lot, but there's very little I've seen so far to set it apart from the first game. It's almost like a pack of new levels for the old game rather than a standalone sequel. Granted, it's only $20, so I'm still happy with it overall.
