With only the 256 mb for memory would this be enough to save my only game Orange Box for now or do I have to send out for the memory upgrade to play it? I will eventually get the upgrade,I just want to know for now will the 256 mb be just enough for Orange Box?

you should be fine, most game saves are under 5 megs in size. Look into the refurb 20gig and 3 months of live for $30 on xbox.com.

Well considering that I just got a Jasper as well (with 256 mb), and I have 4 fallout 3 saved games, 2 GTA IV saved games, and a franchise saved from madden 08, I think it should be able to handle Orange Box.

I did know someone said you could save 2 games on there, but it looks like the save games are not taking as much room?

I know when I was moving some files, the Half-Life autosave took 20 megs, and the Portal autosave was another 20 megs.

Orange box takes up a shitload of space for game saves, far more than your average game. Still you should have plenty of space.
