It covers all the DLC character but I don't think it covers the DLC Mii costumes, IIRC.

It doesn't cover the Piranha Plant, I don't think. It does cover the Mii costumes.

Ah, right, Piranha plant was a bonus if you registered the game early. At least it's still available for separate purchase but yes, not in the pass, good catch.

Amazon apparently doesn’t allow digital codes to be bought with rewards points? I have an Amazon Visa and have some points and was thinking of using them towards the Smash Fighter Pass but it’s not an option. Not a big deal but sorta strange.

I have the Amazon Visa. You can get the points as cash into a checking or savings account at 1% (same conversion as for merchandise).

Amazon has a similar deal but I don't know where the entire list is.

edited to add:
oh, here it is:
Amazon Amazon

They word it really oddly. They say it's "buy three get one free" and what they really mean is add three to the cart and one of those three is free, which is B2G1F.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

I noticed that Costco (in-store) are selling MS Store credit and PS Store credit gift cards $100 value for $90 each. As discounted store credit (especially PS Store) is a little hard to find these days and as the big digital sales are coming for Black Friday and NYE, now is a good time to stock up.

Seems that the Xbox one is available online as well. Can't find the Sony one there.

I have no idea if Target will wind up honoring this, but Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order preorders are a part of Target’s one day 40% off EA games sale. You have to add the Circle offer for the discount to take. I just placed an order for my kid sister for Christmas, and it took $24 off.

Damn, not that price anymore. Was going to bite for Kingdom Hearts 3 and not have to wait for Black Friday and save a couple dollars.

The prices went back up about five hours after I posted those links. I was going to get Kingdom Hearts 3, but I still need to play the first two games and by the time I finish them the complete edition of Kingdom Hearts 3 with all the DLC will probably be $19.99 or cheaper by then.

Did any of the BF ads show Fallen Order at a sale price?

Not Target or Best Buy. But there are still plenty of other retailers, and it's possible that even Target and Best Buy will wind up having sales on it despite not being in the circulars. (Maybe EA discourages sales from being announced prior to release.)

Yesterday morning's $36 Fallen Order from Target has shipped, surprisingly!
