Wow. Might have to get Ico/ Shadow and GoW Origins at those prices. Especially if Amazon price matches.

Best Buy's Gamer Magazine has either a $10 or $15 discount on both these games. Just saw it in store and am still waiting for my copy. So might grab these once I get my coupons.

Just got GOW/Ico for $60 with an Amazon.com deal over the weekend. Looks like I'll be making a call to see if I can get a price adjustment.

They don't do price adjustments. No harm in asking though, I suppose.

Per CAG, Alan Wake download codes have been fluctuating between $6-$7 for the past day on the Amazon marketplace.

Apparently the Child of Eden pack-in with Kinect is a code as well. That appears to be going for around $8 on ebay if anyone has been waiting on a killer deal.

Thanks for the heads up on this as I just bought the GOW collection a couple of weeks ago with our 3D tv.

It's a $10 coupon, but there is only one coupon and it's for either game. So you would have to buy two copies of the magazine to get two of the coupons. That kinda sucks.

There are almost no copies of Ico/Shadow in stores. I don't know why but before the store opened today, there were none in any store in a 100 mile radius. Besides, it may not even matter since checking in store today, GoW Origins rings up at $39.99 anyway. I was able to get them to honor the $14.99 price for GoW Origins, but it took a manager override.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

My local store was already out as well so I'm glad I had already picked up Ico/SOTC at K-Mart last week. So is the GOW collection on sale or not?

Yeah, online. The problem is that it doesn't ring up for the sale price in store and you can't use the coupon for online purchases. It'll be a YMMV thing about whether you'll be able to get it for $14.99 or not. I pretty much made the Games section manager promise me it would work before I paid $14.99 for the year of @Gamer that got me the new issue with coupon, and he took care of everything after that with the CS rep.

I'll go back and have them pricematch the online price and return the 15 dollars plus tax to me. Thanks for the heads up on this!

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was B&M and Online or Online only. Looks like ICO/Shadow is sold out online now.

Thanks, picked up Child of Eden for that price. I hope it's as great as everyone's been raving about it.

Just came back from Best Buy. Looks like all stores are re-stocking the ICO/Shadow collection for $24.99.

Yup, but the coupon won't work with the sale price. Maybe you can get them to override the system -- the first time (GoW Origins) the did, the second (Ico/Shadow) they didn't. For a measley $5 potential savings, it wasn't worth the effort to argue. Either way, great deals.

They should honor the coupon with it. The CAG thread has a lot of people who have gotten them to honor the coupon. Apparently there is a corporate memo that was sent in June telling the stores to allow the coupon to stack w/ sale prices.

So many games! I gotta finish up Ghost of Sparta and get cracking on Resistance 3 before Arkham City comes out. I should resist these deals for lack of time, but I can't help myself!

PS3 Move Controller is $24.99 at Amazon.com. Glad I didn't buy it at Gamezone some weeks back.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

So do you need the PS eye camera as well? Or will just the move controller work?
