Thanks for the heads-up. After that sketchy recent eBay auction of three month codes and this card that I had no problem getting the silicone-enhanced CS rep to price-match, I should be set with PS Plus until almost 2014. I'm holding off redeeming this 12 month code in case they do another promotion like that Jurassic Park game deal they had earlier this month.

For some reason, even though the shipping option isnt available, it will still ship when you go through the checkout process although it will be backordered but if you have a big backlog of games and dont mind waiting its pretty good deal. I also picked up Vanquish($5)and Star Wars Force Unleashed II CE ($8)

It seems as if Bulletstorm is no longer backordered as it has entered shipping process.

Arkham City appears to be the Digital download version only however. There are plenty of 360 games at Half off though like Alice ($19.99), Crysis 2 ($19.99 and more). Free shipping with $39.99 purchase and $10 off a future order if you do $30 or more. If Batman was 360 version too, I would have done Alice and Arkham in a heartbeat.

I'm just going by what's been said in the extensive thread on CAG. Doubters have been many but they've been told repeatedly that the codes work.

Unfortunately, the Best Buy is the PS3 version only (I suppose if you can find it instore on your own it would be $14.50). NewEgg's $20 (PS3 or 360) and free shipping is pretty tempting though. Short game, but that CE looks really nice.
