Sorry xmiyux, yeah it's a bit like flight control but instead of routing planes onto a runway your just pointing them to a destination on a world map. There are small and large planes, blimps, and concords, which all move at different speeds (large planes are slower than small ones which makes no sense). I like it way more than flight control, you should check it out. :)

I tried the free version and it is slightly addictive. Are the versions that cost anything any different other than have a slightly different map in the background?

I downloaded all the free pinball apps and was quite disappointed in almost every one of them.

I tried the 99 cent version of Pac-man CE and fucking hate the controls. I tried it with every option but the controls suck. I don't see how anyone could be entirely accurate with it or with any of the pinball controls.

I plan on checking out other games but as far as the Touch being a DS or PSP killer (as I have heard some say), they are crazy. It's kinda like the Wii vs. the 360/PS3. Kinda cool at first but the novelty of the controls wears off quickly. Glad I got it for music first, internet second, and games third.

I'm also not a fan of the controls on Pac-Man... but the pinball controls? Slapping the right side of the screen for right bumper and the left side for left seems pretty good to me.

I also agree about Pac-Man CE the control are crap all of them.

I just saw that and was wondering why did they released it only for the iPod. EA could make big bucks by releasing this on the X-box and PS3.

 I don't really have a problem with the Pac Man controls. At least not enough to prevent me from getting "silver" and "gold" medals on all the modes. I use the twin stick "flick" controls. The only time it's an issue is late in the game when you are flying. It's just not precise enough to make those quick turns.

Hopefully we see it on the Xbox in the future.

Found a cool game well worth 99 cents called Arachnadoodle. If you like Peggle (which I am a well known addict of), you will likely enjoy this game. I did a search but couldn't find a mention of it.

2XL ATV Offroad has been reduced to 99 cents and I jumped on it. I usually don't like any type of racing games but I think this is a great game so far...

EA has a bunch of games on sale until January 8th with the exception of Rock Band.

If you missed the 99 cent sale on Peggle back in the summer, it just dropped from 5 bucks to 2 bucks until 1-3-10. Being a new owner of a Touch and an addict of Peggle, this is good news for me. :)

The lite version is showing up, but they appear to have pulled the full version from the appstore. Sometimes happens during price changes, so looks like i missed it.

Weird, I only see the Lite version as well when I search directly at the iTunes store. I went thru appshopper originally and got the full version for free that way. Try this: http://appshopper.com/games/lets-golf

If you don't have these two games. Get them now for $2. A great deal.

Thanks, that works, but maybe not for me. No itunes allowed here at work, and very weak wi-fi. I can connect if I put my phone on the door heading out of my office. It's trying to connect now, and even if it does, I doubt it will keep the connection long enough to download the 70 megs or whatever it is.

I wish there was a way for non wi-fi users to 'lock-in' a purchase, and finish the download when they get home to wi-fi.

Reign of Swords is free right now (perhaps because they have an ep. 2 out?). Haven't played it much, but heard good things about it.

Anyone pick up GTA:Chinatown Wars? How does it compare to the DS or PSP versions?
