I got 26. Probably could have mustered another 5 with some more thought.

I got 33, as with you, the rest I've never heard of (and I even got the Zodiac!)

I got 43 and knew all of them on the list just ran out of time. Although some aren't really systems and I came up with some that aren't on the list

I got 34. DS Lite, Gameboy SP and Gameboy Micro should have been on the list.

I got 50...but I had no idea there were that many damn Odyssey systems! (I only remembered the original and the 2.....)

I do agree that a couple of the answers were questionable, based on the statement that:
"Does not include special editions, expansions or single game systems"

Really? Then why is the Sega Master System 2 listed as its own separate system when it was in essence the exact same as the original SMS but lacked the card input? Isn't that more like a special edition then? Should Playstation 3 be listed twice, once for the original models with PS2 backwards compatibility, and then another for the new ones that lack the feature?

(I actually got the SMS2 answer, but it bothered me that it got a listing and not, say, the 32x...)

I got 41. I too, had no idea that there were that many iterations of the Magnavox. It took me FOREVER to spell Turbografx correctly, but I got Turbo Duo right out of the gate.

However, there were some oddities on there...I agree with the thoughts on the Master System 2, because if that was the case, then the Gameboy Micro, Pocket, and GBA SP should have been on there, along with the Lynx II. Other notable omissions...the Goldstar 3DO or the version 2, the Sega 32X, JVC X-Eye, Wonderswan, Jaguar CD, and the Atari XE computer.

But it was fun...

Good list. But yeah, some of them shouldn't be on the list. The Nomad for example... it isn't anything more than a portable Genesis.

Officially 27. I could have gotten a few more if I spelled them correctly.

30

I put in Nomad towards the end when I was really struggling for answers. I'm surprised too it made the list. I don't know what made me think of Game.com.

I got 38. Sega Master System 2 got me as well. I didn't think they would include so many variations.

I got 32. I could not for the life of me remember the name of the Nokia N-Gage even though I knew they made a system. I remembered Game Gear, but forgot to put it in there. I knew only the original Odyssey and I missed almost everything before 1981 since I wasn't even born yet.

Can't believe I forgot the TurboGrafx, Lynx, and their portable versions. I never owned them, but I remember reading about them in gaming magazines. I saw all the blanks in the current decade and was wondering what the hell I was missing, but I have never heard of things like the Gamepark 32, Zodiac, Xavi, Gizmondo, Atari Flashback, etc. It was an interesting quiz, but I really was disappointed to not see the 32x, Micro, SP etc. on there. If you aren't doing expansions why is the SegaCD on there? It's as much of an expansion as the 32x was.

Got 32 even though I typed Game & Watch and nothing happened. Also couldn't spell Turbografx and Colecovision (typed double L) correctly. Fogot about 7800 and Lynx - haven't heard of the rest.

About 30, then got stuck and started cheating. Agree that a few are questionable and some things left out. Looks like the quiz might have come almost entirely from the wikipedia history of video game consoles pages.

Technically no, since both versions have the same name. However, it does beg the question of whether both the PlayStation and PSone should be included.

I got 43. BTW, was the GP2X actually released in America? I knew that one, but I was surprised to see it because I thought it had to be imported.

The Pong one is a gimme because you type in "Atari" with the intention of then adding 2600, 5200, etc., but they fill it in after the first word.

I loved Miner 2049er. I've searched in the past, but never found a faithful or decent emulation of it.

I got 32, and somehow missed the Sega Saturn. The rest of them I don't feel too bad about.
