Not sure this will do anyone any good. I just got home and turned it on, my turnips are at 533. Nooks is only open for another 15 minutes though. I mean, I guess I almost missed it myself. My town is open if anyone wants to try to get there.

Dernit .. I missed it too!
I cannot get my black roses to wilt for the life of me. I have not watered them in over 2 weeks and the are still going strong.

I know only a few of you are AC friends with my brother-in-law Big John and his wife Laurel, but since they're not on this board, I figured there's enough of you to warrant a mention that O-town has turnips for 521 this morning. Not sure how much it will change after noon! They should have their gates open for a little while at least. If it's still high this evening, I'll let you all know.

Perhaps it's because another resident has the gate open.

Re: The Offical Animal Crossing: City Folks Thread.
I noticed a few days ago that I have a perfect town! I've only planted about ten new trees total in my town since I got the game in December. But what I have been doing is planting flowers all over my town. And it seems they have given me perfect town status.
Thanks for that Pixcy. I barely made it with minutes to spare!
Also big thank you to aliciaelena, for given me a silver rod!
My Nooks has had only two silver tools for sale (both slingshots), since I got the game. The silver rod is great as it attracts fish from a greater distance than the regular rod.

I hope I didn't just lose my 500k bells .. My bridge was built 2 days ago, and my Town Hall was accepting bells for the fund again. I gave 500,000 all at once - thinking that it would let them start the fountain. Nope! The Town Hall is still asking me for a donation. Did I just lose my bells?

Nope, it won't register right away. Wait until tomorrow and you should no longer be able to donate.

I have an sabertooth torso if you still need it. Let me know when you'll be on. Last time I sent you two fossils and you only received one, so I'd rather deliver it to your town or you can come pick it up.

Does anyone know how long it takes to re-grow grass ? I jumped a month ahead and still have no grass. What a stupid "feature."

You can't jump a month ahead. You have to timetravel ahead, one day at a time. It's a time-consuming process, and yes, the grass thing is retarded. Basically, you have to let your flowers die in order to have grass. Ridiculous.
