You probably need to do it on the console...

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I did, nothing that I do was messed up. I did sign into the website prior to doing the update, had to acknowledge the new terms, so I didn't have to do it on the console. I don't have any parental or subaccounts, so I don't know how they may be affected.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

You can also try downloading the Playstation app on your phone. It wouldn't let me log in without agreeing to the new terms of service. So that may be a work around.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

In the settings, it's probably under the parental controls. When I first signed on after updating, it had me go through everything even though nothing needed to be changed.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

It's that time again!!!!

Highlights include :
Alienation for $6 (a MUST-BUY, IMO. Fantastic game)
Street Fighter V Deluxe Edition for $39.99 (this will be the regular price of the updated version in Jan, but you can jump the gun and grab it now)
For Honor $25.19 (not my bag, baby. Still it's an okay online game if there's still a community)
Wipeout Omega Collection $24 (yeah, I'll buy that)

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I've been playing through Firewatch. Interesting game. Not a lot of action, more of a dialog driven experience, which is fine. It's solid for the $7 I paid for it on sale. Probably a 6 hour experience overall, assuming I could finish.

I'm on the last day of the game and my save game won't load. Apparently it's a known problem and the devs have yet to fix it. They have a page on their site(dates back to 6/16) with three things to try (reboot, download cloud save & rebuild PS4 database). None of them worked for me.

So just a cautionary tale for those that have this on their wishlist.

PS Plus: Free Games for November
Worms Battlegrounds and Bound headline this month's lineup.

Greetings, PlayStation Plus members. November is another huge month, so strap in and get ready!
As we continue to celebrate the one year anniversary of PS VR*, we are giving PlayStation Plus members another bonus PlayStation VR game. From November 7 through January 2, PlayStation Plus members in the U.S., Canada, and most of Latin America can download Until Dawn: Rush of Blood as a bonus game. Get ready for the most disturbing roller coaster ride you’ll ever take in this trigger-happy arcade shooter.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/F6dShyUAhjU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Now, let’s move on to your Playstation Plus free games lineup for November. First up, Worms Battlegrounds brings friends and family together in the noble pursuit of mayhem! Join multiplayer matches where each turn is full of questionable decisions, high-powered weaponry, and exploding sheep.
Next up — Bound. This platformer transports you into a beautiful, fantastical world that exists in the mind of a woman revisiting the memories of her childhood. Bound combines a unique visual style with a powerful story and gameplay mechanics infused with modern dance. As the game progresses, the introspective story unfolds through powerful metaphor and imagery.

This month’s PlayStation Plus lineup also includes:
  • R-Type Dimensions, PS3
  • Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic, PS3
  • Dungeon Punks, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
  • Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse (Episodes 1 & 2), PS Vita

Lastly, we have hundreds of games on sale right now at PlayStation Store — and PS Plus members get double the discount. The three we are most excited for are Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix (20%; 40% off for PS Plus members), Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 (15%; 30% off for PS Plus members), and Horizon Zero Dawn (22%; 44% off for PS Plus members). Stock up on some new games for the holidays, but grab ’em before the sale ends on November 7 at 8AM Pacific
Thanks, and see you next month!

I'm glad to see that they are giving away the three year old Worms game instead of last year's Worms WMD Oh well

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

The new PSN black friday sale is up.

https://store.playstation.com/en-us/...RISALEGAMESG/1

Looks like it's all new games slightly marked down, none of that cool "75% off older games" crap that I was hoping for!

Destiny 2 for $39 is nice, I guess

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

That Overwatch GotY Edition for half off is not bad and that game is still kicking. It does say early access so hopefully more choices and more discounts will follow. I'm sure Sony has already sen what BB, Target, Gamespot and Walmart are going to throw out; just a matter of they want to match or come close.

On the other hand XBL has their Black Friday Early Access up and it puts Sony's to shame with the amount of choices.

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

So it looks like there are actually a lot more games on sale, then the "black friday Sale" page would have you believe. You can see them all here:

https://psprices.com/region-us/disco...e&platform=PS4

Bioshock bundle- $20
Horizon Zero Dawn - $20
Prey - $20
Skyrim - $20
etc ...

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I'm seeing several free PS+ games on my phone that won't let me add to my cart, I keep getting an error. And they don't seem to be the freebies of the month either. Rag Doll Kung Fu and R-Type Dimensions for PS3 and Broken Sword 5 for Vita. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

I think those were all freebies in previous months. Maybe you already own them. I do.

I think those are part of the November free games, not sure why you can't add them though.

greenmangaming has 10% off their digital PSN cards. It's not much but it's something.
