Now I'm thinking about all of the Sackboy lawsuits I'm gonna get because of my defective coaster! OK, later today if I get a chance, the park's gonna close for renovations and return with a safe, fun rollercoaster!

Hey, at least you had an ice cream stand below for unwitting riders. Unfortunately I could only stare at the delicious ice cream longingly.

Ha - thanks! I just felt it was really empty down there, and thinking back to my old Coney Island days, the boardwalk was always a nice break from the rides. I'll see if there's a seashore sound and I'll add a few more vendors down there - a lemonade stand would be nice!

You won't regret it! Try out some of our levels after you get a feel for the game!

It was a great touch. I've played a handful of levels where I fall off some ride/something or other, and have to hike it to the end and it's a barren wasteland down below.

Thinking back at Gramps level, maybe you need some outhouses down there.

Did you fall out of the Scat Speedster D-Luxe? I playtested that part a few times and never had an issue other than dying when it hits the wall at the end. I added a checkpoint right near the end to resolve that problem. Maybe I need a few tweaks?

Port-o-potty or outhouse? Just for kicks, I'm gonna do one or the other or both! I wish there was a biohazard sticker!

Didn't fall out, but I held on the whole time. And yes, I went splat at the end. It's somehow fitting though.

Mr. Corvin...

Blue plastic capsule versus wood "microhouse" with a crescent moon cutout in the door. So iconic, I'll do 'em both!

I vote for Outhouse with a Sackboy cut out on the door.

You could even make a secret passage that you access by grabbing a hidden switch inside the port-o-potty.

Great news! I took a break from work (working from home today) and went in to my level and blew away the old coaster. I created a new track from dark matter to try out my new coaster car which will ride the track like a guiderail. One thing that happened was that me, Joe Bonehead, attached the wheels to the brace so they didn't move! D'oh! Once I fixed that, I attached a grab switch (BTW, the new coaster has only one big seat so grabbing any part of it activates the rocket) and a rocket. Initially the coaster was so big the rocket couldn't move it. I detached it, made it bigger, then re-attached it!

WHOOSH! It worked to a point - one little kink in the track snapped off the first wheel, so I scaled the coaster smaller. Once I did that, I was able to almost finish the track, but another bad track kink broke the thing entirely! So, theoretically it works! I'll just make a smoother, smaller track, attach the car to it (putting bumpers on the beginning and the end of the track)and we should be good to go! I'll letcha know when it's done!

Still working on my level. Hopefully it will be done by the end of the week.

Yo unkie...

What about a cushion attached to a spring that could catch the Scat Speedster?

Looking forward to it, The Bus! What's the name of it going to be? I'm looking for "The Bus" - you should make a level like the movie Speed! Build a giant bus and create obstacles that force you to keep it going at full speed! And yes, the bridge can't be finished!!

Hmm...yeah. I could put a little spring-loaded cushion on the wall that the turdmobile crashes into. Although I'm not sure if I want to mess with a republish or not since it wipes out your old stats (# of people played, # of hearts, etc.)

It's a good idea though. Probably better than the checkpoint that I used for a quick fix.

Actually, I republished a few times and my stats are still there. 100 people have played my level and I republished 6 times - 3 by accident!

I'm still playing around with the name, but so far, it's "Avian Temple"...

It's basically the Aztec Temple and Canyon themes mixed together with a lot of birds around.

The highlight of the level is you get to hitch a ride from a deep crow with a severe food allergy.

I'm also finalizing some baby bird enemies that do backflips in the air while throwing up at you.

Maybe I did it wrong the last time? I couldn't figure out how to republish an updated version of my roulette wheel. I had to delete the old version and then publish the new version again. I'll take another look tonight, but if you know how to republish a modified version of a level, let me know.

I didn't have a big desire to create my own stuff, but seeing how my daughter loves the game I might throw together a level geared towards a 4 year old. The difficulty of the game ramps up so fast that she can only do the first 3 levels.

Fixed and published! Try it out folks - the coaster's wobbly and moves along like a bolt, but there's a spongy break at the end now so you can't get squished or hurt! I just need to go back and add the creak and scream sounds - I actually got a thermometer warning due to the complexity of the level!
