Can you use Paypal to buy games online (where...reputable?)

Can you use Paypal to buy games online (where...reputable?)
I won a settlement from a seller that didn't ship my item. I was looking to use those funds to buy Mario Kart & an extra wheel for my boys. I checked Amazon, but they don't accept Paypal. Are there any reputable e-stores that I can pay with Paypal? If not, I'll just pick it up tomorrow, but I'd rather order it with my online funds.

I thought now with paypal y ou can get a virtual one-time-use CC number which can be used anywhere.... i could be way wrong though.

Paypal can issue you a debit card that you can use anywhere.

I have the debit card it come in handy. usually if I have a little left ill use it for lunches. Also you get a small bonus when u use it.
