Yeah - let the drought begin!
Besides GTA IV (maybe Ninja Gaiden a month after that, if it's not delayed and a couple Live games), there's very little to nothing coming to the 360 for a few months.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Lego Indiana Jones
Alone in the Dark
Too Human
I think there's plenty to tide me over till Fallout 3 and Gears of War 2 come out.

All I see is a handful of games worth getting (maybe 3) over six months time - though I guess last year's drought was worse, as there were even less games during spring/summer and we didn't have a GTA to hold us over.

Is Too Human supposed to come out in the next few months? I hadn't heard anything about it.
That game is the second most delayed game ever (right behind Duke Nukem Forever). It started development in 1999 as a PS1 game.
Its been delayed so much that I won't believe it is out until I see it with my own eyes.

Yeah, what's the Netflix reference?
taffer: Prey had been in development since the mid/late 90's. That eventually came out.
Maybe my gaming time is more limited but I've got a huge backlog of games to go through, including COD4, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Dead Rising, Beautiful Katamari, etc. Once I get GTA4 I'll probably be set until fall.

The Netflix reference is because supposedly they're in negotiations to bring the watch it now service to XBL. I can understand your confusion since L&O's summaries for past threads are fucking pathetic at best.

Sometimes I even have to back a page or two in a thread to get to where I left off. The horrors! Hell, I've gotten to a thread late on over forums and read 50-100 pages of catchup so that I had all the information and didn't repost something that someone had already said.

I thought Too Human was an N64 game... anyways, it's bound to be all sorts of horrible. It sucked at E3 2005, I know that for a fact, hopefully they did something with it.
As for the 'drought' of games...welcome to EVERY year of video games!
Release months are March,Sept,Oct,Nov. That's it...anything outside these months you should be lucky to have something good to play.

Yeah Shagrath!
Boo-Ya Martini! How's that taste?
And no where in my moderator handbook does it tell me that I need to summarize giant threads when creating new ones. The time I did it was because i was bored as fuck. But now, my Canadian balls are on strike.

Are you thinking of Resident Evil 0? It started as an N64 game and was moved to the Gamecube.
This is what Too Human looked like on PS1:

The 1Up Yours guys have referred to Too Human as being very Diablo II-like with skill trees and such. I am cautiously optimistic.
It is the first game in a trilogy. The second game may be played on holodecks.

Alone In The Dark looks and sounds pretty intriguing. Have you guys seen the official website?
Some of the "history" and other trivia behind Central Park is pretty interesting/creepy.
The reference to NYC displacing the large African American community through eminent domain to build the park is actually true. Some of the other theories raise some good questions.

I haven't seen the site yet but I've been watching the Tech Diaries post on LIVE. The game seems like it could be very good.
