What a great deal on a great game! I picked this up for $30 when it came out.

Think it was one of those limited deal of the day things. Sold out at that price pretty quickly.

I scored it for $20 plus DS LITE carry case at ToysRUS (Deal of the Day special).

I jumped on this deal with a place-holder (buying it with a pre-order so that it won't ship yet). Is it a good, fun game in its own right or just fun for those nostaligic enough to remember it on the Nintendo?

I saw this on clearance at FYE about a month back for the same price (or even lower, IIRC).

YMMV of course.

It's fun, but more hardcore than FF I. Also, this is its first stateside release. The game we had as FF3 was really FFVI.
