I really hope they release that this Tuesday. Otherwise, it would be after March if the leaked list is accurate .

You absolutely need to hear it in context. Set aside 3-4 hours or so to beat the game and enjoy.

I am so stoked about this.

That announcement brings a tear to my eye. Can't wait to do vocals on that one.

I bet vocals will be kind of challenging. I find the monotone computer voices kind of difficult sometimes (for instance that song Sprode).

lol - yeah. When that came up at the RB party last weekend, EVERYONE bitched about how tough it was - guitar/bass/vocals - and I was having fun drumming it though

So were the vocals the Glados version or the Jonathan Coulton version?

He's talking about Sprode, not Still Alive.

Oooh, I totally missed that.

So I wonder which version of Still Alive will be the DLC?

Nice! I stopped listening to NiN after TDS as I could never get into The Fragile. So I'm down for 2 of those, so I imagine I'll just get the full pack. Hope they dip back a little more to PHM or Broken eventually.

Now if only they'd also released uncensored versions of the songs...

Can't wait to play all of them, but in particular The Collector. I'mma go off, like NIN is this:

Our band, High On Boat Paint, just completed the Hall Of Fame show. We all have a strange sense of pride.... and it feels good.

Ahh shit. I've been confusing the Collector with Ruiner

I like that song a lot, but I'm not sure it would be very good for Rock Band (since there isn't much guitar work in it). If they are going to keep releasing new NIN, I would prefer it came off of Year Zero instead of With Teeth. Hopefully that will come with time.

I really only care about the drums anymore though.

Yeah - But Freezepop does have that much guitar?

I'll pass this week, as I'm not a NIN fan, but at least a lot of people seem to like them.

Random thought. I would really love a Danzig pack...that would a be a blast. Mother, Twist of Cain and maybe Not Of This World.

That would be pretty neat. I'm hoping they do a Guns N Roses pack, Sweet Child O Mine (from GHII) and Welcome to the Jungle (which was on the tech demo) are no brainers.

I'd buy all of those. Danzig's later albums got really cheesy (ooh! I'm scary!) but that first one rocked and had some catchy guitar hooks.
I'm surprised AC/DC isn't on one of these games yet (correct me if it actually is). And I heard I Love Rock and Roll at the hockey game last night, that would definitely fit.
I've requested King Diamond and Rollins Band, bring the bass to the forefront and a different style of vocals.
I know they take requests; anyone know roughly how long it could take to process a track from "Hey, we should get that song!" to "download it today!"? (I know it could vary a lot on the legalities and contract signing as well).
