PS3 connection help
 

Hello, I am having a problem connecting my ps3 and I hope someone can help. I am house sitting for the next 2 weeks and wanted to bring my PS3 along to play some games and watch some DVDs. I have my ps3 set up normally via HDMI at 1080P but where I am sitting; I have to use the plain AV composite cable. Problem is when I hook it up, I get no picture? Is it trying to send signal to HDMI even though there isn't one hooked up...shouldn’t it default back to AV cable source if no HDMI is attached? How do I get the signal to pass through the AV cable?

When you turn it on, hold the power button for several seconds. You will hear a beap. This resets the settings.
