I'm going with GlaDos from portal. Evil singing computers are all the rage now. She's still alive you know.

King Bohan from Heavenly Sword. Because Andy Serkis does one of the best performances I've ever seen in a video game.

Though there was more than one, the Big Daddy gang from Bioshock were pretty bad ass!

I can't argue with this choice. Portal was one of the best gaming experiences of the year, period.

Isn't Matt Groening a villain in The Simpsons Game?

I think that Game Informer got it right when they put "Through the Fire and the Flames" (by Dragonforce) from Guitar Hero III in the Top 10 Villains of 2007.

It was #4.

Yahoo! had Keith Moon from Rock Band as one of the hardest bosses all the time. I haven't played the game, is he really in it?

There aren't bosses in Rock Band. I guess they mean that We Won't Get Fooled Again is a bitch on drums, which it is.
