I'm having fun with COD4 Single Player missions with unlimited ammo. It was awesome using SAW machine gun and spraying at building with all bad guys in it. I've gone Rambo!

I actually won a Free-for-all Deathmatch the other night with max score. it was just one of those matches where I just happened to be in the right place in the right time. I had a 17-kill streak. It was on the map with the missle silos.

...and the only reason I mentioned my success is that it was highly unusual. Just ask any of the CoD4 folks here. I'm usually bringing up the rear. I had just switched back to the M16A4. I just seem to have better luck with that weapon. And what is the deal with the G3? Does anybody actually use that?

I love the G3. Granted, my trusty M16 is still my fav but whenever im not using the M16, im using the G3. The accuracy and low recoil make it great at long range.

Any confidence I gained from my "good match" the other night was destroyed last night. I got into a Team Deathmatch last night that I could see from the launch was going to be bad. The teams werre obviously lopsided, and it was just a freaking massacre. Holy crap. At least the other team was a good sport about it.

for some reason i just couldn't get into the non-automatic guns. i've tried so many times to play with the m16, but just can't get a hang of it. i'm more of an automatic let er rip kind of shooter. but i'm trying to use the m16 b/c i've maxed out the m4 to a point where i don't level up unless i get points through matches.

The G3 is awesome. With stopping power it's like a mini sniper rifle. Kill people with 2 or 3 shots. Just pull the trigger faster.

My weapon of choice though is the G36 with the grenade launcher.

I went back to the M16 because it seemed there's less recoil, and easier to stay on target for several quick bursts.

I use the G3 exclusively in Team Hardcore. Best gun for the gametype hands down.

I still suck.



I also got my very first knife kill last night, and I'm at level 29 or so. Criminy. I go completely spastic when someone gets close enough to use the knife.

I tried the 1v1 match last night. I unloaded on him and he didn't die, he just fired one shot and took me out. Then the rest of the match was spent with me looking for him and never finding him

I need to get that perk - the G3 is all but unusable for me without speeding up the firing.

I actually think i completed my Knife Kill III challenge. Someone gets close to me i just swipe with the knife versus even trying to fire.

I had that happen once as well. That is why i will never play the 1v1 match - so damn boring when you have someone who gets ahead and then hides for like 12 minutes.

HUmiliation Challenges are first unlocked at level 42 (more are unlocked at level 45, 47, 48 and 50). Here it's a list of the ones unlocked at level 42:

Airborne - Get a 2 kill streak with bullets while in mid-air.
Multi-frag - Kill 2 or more enemies with a single frag grenade.
Carpet Bomb - Kill 5 enemies with a single airstrike.
MG Master - Get a 5 kill streak while on a mounted machine gun.
Slasher - Get a 3 melee kill streak without dying.
Multi-C4 - Kill 2 or more enemies with a single C4 pack.
Hot Potato I - Kill 1 enemy with a thrown back grenade (Phase 1 of 3).
Car Bomb - Kill 1 enemy by destroying a car.
Backstabber - Stab an enemy in the back with your knife.
Slow But Sure - Kill 1 enenmy while being stunned by a stun grenade.
Flashbang Veteran I - Kill 5 enemies dazed by a flashbang (Phase 1 of 3).
Misery Loves Company I - Kill yourself and 1 enemy by cooking a grenade without throwing it (Phase 1 of 3).
Ouch I - Kill 1 enemy with a rifle-mounted grenade launcher without detonation (Direct Impact) (PHase 1 of 3)
Rival - Kill the same enemy 5 times in a single match.
Cruelty - Kill an enemy, pick up his weapon, then kill him again with his own weapon.
Think Fast - Finish an enemy off by hitting them with a frag grenade (Direct impact).
Think Fast Stun - Finish an enemy off by hitting them with a stun grenade (Direct impact).
Think Fast Flash - Finish an enemy off by hitting them with a flashbang (Direct impact).
Return to Sender - Kill an enemy by shooting their own C4.
Blindfire - Kill an enemy while you are still dazed by a flashbang.
