Well, metacritic.com gives it an 82 and gamerankings.com gives it a 82.9. I would say that is far from shitty. That's pretty damn good. I just don't think it found an audience with so many other high profile games out there. I look forward to trying it out.

I liked the Darkness demo, I just never would have paid full price for it. I'll gladly pay free for it!

Mine shipped today.

A friend mine has the darkness (he's pissed now about this promotion) he really liked the game but his complaint is that it's short (like Fable short.) That might be why the resell value is not so high.

Plus I think the retail on Darkness dropped this week.

Honestly, between this and the NBA/NHL2K8 sale, I'm considering not buying games from 2K at launch anymore. Loved Bioshock, Darkness, and NBA, but geez I could've saved some money had I just waited a month. Their football game dropped like a rock too.

It's not a shitty game by any means. A little repetitive in environments, but the atmosphere was great!

You could have told them you purchased Bioshock for 49.99 and it went down to 39.99. However, I just checked and it looks to be back up to 56.99, so the $10 adjustment is dead.
